Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ դեկտեմբերի 8-ին վիճաբանություն և դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նուբարաշենի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում Նուբարաշեն 6-րդ փողոցի 144 շենքի բակում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ ոմն Տիգրանը իր մոտ եղած դանակով մարմնական վնասվածքներ է պատճառել նույն շենքի բնակիչներ 17-ամյա Արտյոմ Մ․-ին և 17-ամյա Դավիթ Ա․-ին։
Ոստիկանության Նուբարաշենի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ Տիգրանը հանդիսանում է Երևանի բնակիչ 23-ամյա Տիգրան Ս․-ն, ով դեկտեմբերի 8-ին իր եղբայրներ, Երևանի բնակիչներ 22-ամյա Արայիկ Ս․-ի և 18-ամյա Գևորգ Ս․-ի հետ միասին Նուբարաշեն 6-րդ փողոցի 144 շենքի բակում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ իր մոտ եղած կտրող-ծակող առարկայով մարմնական վնասվածքներ է հասցրել Արտյոմ Մ․-ին և Դավիթ Ա․-ին:
Համայնքային ոստիկանության Նուբարաշենի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից Տիգրան և Գևորգ Ս․-երը ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Նուբարաշենի բաժին, որտեղից էլ նախապատրաստված փաստաթղթերի հետ միասին ներկայացվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
Ոստիկանների կողմից ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ Արայիկ Ս․-ին և վիճաբանության այլ մասնակիցներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
