ՆԳ նախարարը Ոստիկանության անձնակազմի հետ օպերատիվ խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել

Դեկտեմբերի 12-ին ՆԳ նախարարությունում տեղի է ունեցել օպերատիվ խորհրդակցություն, որը վարում էր ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը։ Հայտնում են ՀՀ ՆԳ նախարարությանմամուի ծառաությունից:
Մասնակցում էին ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետ-ներքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը, նրա տեղակալները, Ներքին անվտանգության և հակակոռուպցիոն վարչության, ծառայությունների, տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավար կազմի ներկայացուցիչներ։
Նախարարը շեշտադրելով ներքին գործերի համակարգում կադրային փոփոխությունների նոր մեթոդաբանությունը՝ նշել է, որ այն հնարավորություն կտա ձևավորել բարձր պատրաստվածությամբ ծառայողների թիմ, որը կկարողանա արդի մարտահրավերներին համապատասխան իրականացնել ծառայության առջև դրված խնդիրները։ Նոր մոտեցումների կիրառումը կապահովի թափանցիկություն, հստակ սկզբունքներ և հավասար հնարավորություններ՝ բացառելով հովանավորչության և կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումները։
Արփինե Սարգսյանը առանցաքային է համարել քաղաքացիների հետ շփումներում գրագետ մոտեցումների ու կարողությունների ներդրումը, ինչը թույլ կտա գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել խնդիրները գույքագրելու և լուծումներ նախանշելու հարցում։
Խոսելով աշխատանքի գնահատման մեթոդաբանության մասին՝ Արփինե Սարգսյանը ընդգծել է, որ ոստիկանության աշխատանքը բոլոր ուղղությունների աշխատանքի համադրումն է: Աշխատանքի գնահատման սկզբունքն այն է, որ տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ միայն ծառայողի անհատական պատասխանատվությամբ հնարավոր չէ հասնել կառույցի ընդհանուր աշխատանքի արդյունավետությանը, ուստի այդ տրամաբանությամբ են նաև
իրականացվելու կարգապահական հարցերի քննությունները. եթե աշխատակցի կողմից խնդիրը կրկնվում է, ապա նշանակում է խնդիրը ղեկավար անձնակազմի պատասխանատվության ներքո պետք է դիտարկել։
Արփինե Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է, որ նախարարությունը նպատակ ունի ստեղծել աշխատանքային միջավայր, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր ծառայող իրեն կզգա գնահատված, կունենա առաջընթացի հավասար հնարավորություններ։
