Բելգիայի խոշորագույն ավիաընկերությունը՝ Brussels Airlines-ը, ճանաչվել է 2024 թվականի աշխարհի լավագույն ավիաընկերությունը, իսկ վատագույնը դարձել է Թունիսի ազգային փոխադրող ՝ Tunisair-ը։
Այս մասին են վկայում AirHelp ծառայության վարկանիշային տվյալները, որը գնահատել է աշխարհի 109 ավիաընկերությունների ծառայությունները։ Վարկանիշի հիմքում ընկած է այս ավիափոխադրողների վերաբերմունքը հաճախորդների նկատմամբ՝ ներառյալ բողոքներին արձագանքելու արագությունը, փոխհատուցման վճարումը և ուղևորների գոհունակությունը, հայտնում է Unian-ը։ Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ վարկանիշի առաջատարը 10 հնարավորից ստացել է ընդհանուր 8,12 միավոր, իսկ վերջին տեղը զբաղեցրած ավիաընկերությունը՝ 3,63 միավոր։
