ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ում ակնկալում են, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն եւ ԵՄ-ն հարաբերություններ կհաստատեն ավելի բարձր մակարդակով

 Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում ակնկալում են, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության եւ Եվրամիության միջեւ հարաբերություններ կհաստատվեն ավելի բարձր մակարդակով: Այդ մասին հայտարարել Է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի ԱՊՀ-ի երկրների առաջին դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Միխայիլ Եվդոկիմովը՝ Դաշնության խորհրդում ելույթ ունենալով «Եվրասիա կան տնտեսական միության աշխատանքի մեկ տարին. գործունեության նորմատիվային-իրավական ապահովման արդյունքները» թեմայի շուրջ խորհրդարանական լսումներում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին:

Եվդոկիմովը հիշեցրել Է, որ հոկտեմբերի 12-ին Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ժան Կլոդ Յունկերին Է փոխանցվել ԵՄ-ի հետ համագործակցության շրջանակների վերաբերյալ ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրների նախագահների կողմից հաստատված գրությունը: «Առայժմ պատասխան չկա,-հայտնել Է դիվանագետը:-Յունկերն ազնվորեն ասել Է, որ պատասխանի համաձայնեցումը չափազանց դժվար Է լինելու»: Ընդսմին, Եվդոկիմովի կարծիքով, Բրյուսելում հիշեցնում են, որ առանձին հարցերի շուրջ ԵԱՏՄ-ի եւ ԵՄ-ի միջեւ համագործակցությունը, մասնավորապես, սանիտարական եւ ֆիտոսանիտարական հարցերի շուրջ, անհրաժեշտ Է, եւ ա յն ընթանում Է փորձագիտական մակարդակով:

«Կարծում եմ, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում ԵՄ-ի հետ Էլ մենք հարաբերություններ կհաստատենք ավելի բարձր մակարդակով»,-ընդգծել Է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարության դեպարտամենտի տնօրենը:

Նա նշել Է, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն ակտիվորեն աշխատում Է այլ միավորումների ու երկրների հետ համագործակցության համաձայնագրերի վրա: «Այժմ մենք միության երկրների գործընկերների հետ համատեղ աշխատում ենք ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայում ԵԱՏՄ-ին դիտորդի կարգավիճակ տրամադրելու շուրջ»,-հայտնել Է դիվանագետը:

«Առաջիկայում վավերացվելու Է Վիետնամի հետ կնքված համաձայնագիրը,-պատմել Է նա:-Կա որոշում Իսրայելի հետ ԵԱՏՄ-ի ազատ առեւտրի շուրջ բանակցություններ սկսելու մասին: Պրոֆիլային համատեղ հետազոտական խմբեր են ստեղծված, որոնք ուսումնասիրում են Հնդկաստանի, Եգիպտոսի եւ Իրանի հետ ազատ առեւտրի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրեր կնքելու հնարավորություններն ու նպատակահարմարությունը: Որոշում կա Չինաստանի հետ բանակցություններ սկսելու առեւտրատնտեսական համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրի կնքման շուրջ»: Եվդոկիմովը ճշտել Է, որ «դա Չինաստանի հետ ազատ առեւտրի գոտու մասին համաձայնագիր չԷ»:

«Միաժամանակ մենք աշխատում ենք ԵԱՏՄ-ի եւ «Մետաքսի ճանապարհի» տնտեսական գոտու» զուգորդման ուղղությամբ,-ասել Է դիվանագետը:-Կա նախագահների համապատասխան որոշումը: Մասնավորապես, մենք պատրաստում ենք «ճանապարհի քարտեզ» եւ կազմում ենք այն կոնկրետ նախագծերի ցուցակը, որոնց մասնակցում են ԵԱՏՄ-ի մի քանի երկրներ եւ Չինաստանը»:

«ԵԱՏՄ-ն տնտեսական համագործակցություն Է զարգացնում պետությունների եւ ինտեգրացիոն միավորումների հետ: Հուշագրեր են ստորագրված Մոնղոլիայի, Պերուի, Չիլիի հետ, հուշագրեր են պատրաստվում Հարավամերիկյան ընդհանուր շուկայի (ՄԵՐԿՕՍՈՒՐ), Հարավային Կորեայի եւ Էկվադորի հետ:
