«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանում սկզբնական շրջանում և նույնիսկ շատ երկար ժամանակ հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում «տոն տվողը» եղել են արտասահմանյան կազմակերպությունները, օրինակ՝ ֆրանսիական, ռուսական և այլն: Հիմա, կարծես, հակառակ գործընթացն է տեղի ունենում: Ընդ որում, ոչ միայն ոլորտում հայաստանյան կազմակերպությունների տեսակարար կշռի մեծացման, այլև երկրից «դուրս գալու» տեսանկյունից:
 
Պարզվում է՝ հայաստանյան հեռահաղորդակցության Team ընկերության սեփականատեր Հայկ և Ալեքսանդր Եսայանները ձեռք են բերել իռլանդական Imagine Communications հեռահաղորդակցության օպերատորի բաժնետոմսերը։
 
Իռլանդական Irish Independent լրատվամիջոցին Imagine Communicationsից հաստատել են ընկերության բաժնետոմսերի վաճառքի լուրը։ Նշվում է, որ կանադական Brookfield ընկերությունը, որ Imagineի մեծամասնական բաժնետերն էր, կպահպանի բաժնետոմսերի միայն փոքրամասնությունը իռլանդական բիզնեսում»։ Թե որքան է կազմել բաժնետոմսերի վաճառքի գինը, իռլանդական լրատվամիջոցին չի հաջողվել պարզել: Այդուհանդերձ, ըստ կայքի, Imagineի 250 մլն եվրոյի կորուստները արտացոլվել են գործարքի մեջ։
 
Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ imagineն իր գործունությունը սկսել է 1993-ից ու համարվում է Իռլանդիայի առաջատար օպերատորներից մեկը, զբաղվում է նաև գովազդների կառավարմամբ, հեռարձակումներով և այլն։ Երեկ հայտարարություն տարածեց նաև «Թիմ» ընկերությունների խումբը՝ հաստատելով Imagineի բաժնետոմսերի հսկիչ փաթեթի ձեռքբերումը։ «Սա մեր առաջին խոշոր գործարքն է Եվրոպայի տարածքում, և նշանակալի ձեռքբերում է հետագա զարգացման համար։ Որպես հայկական ընկերություն՝ մենք հպարտ ենք, որ ընդլայնում ենք բիզնեսի շրջանակները և բացում նոր հեռանկարներ, որոնք նաև կնպաստեն երկրի տնտեսության զարգացմանը՝ Հայաստանն առավել ճանաչելի դարձնելով միջազգային բիզնես միջավայրում»,- ասել է Teamի համահիմնադիր Ալեքսանդր Եսայանը։
