Կառավարությունը մոտ 4 անգամ կկրճատի պարտքդ, եթե աշխատես: Գուցե անհավանական է թվում ասածս, բայց փորձեմ պարզ ու հստակ բացատրել կառավարության նոր որոշումը։ Այդ մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանը:
«Տեսեք՝ այս պահին մոտ 220 հազար քաղաքացի առնվազն 3 տարի չի վճարել վերցրած վարկերը և կուտակել միջինացված 800.000 դրամ պարտք (մայր գումար + տույժ-տուգանք): Բանկային հաշիվները կալանքի տակ են, և նրանք «սև ցուցակում են»։
Հարգելի քաղաքացի, ուզու՞մ ես մոտ 4 անգամ նվազեցնել այս թիվը, տարաժամկետ վճարելով փակես թեման ու նոր էջից սկսես ֆինանսական պատմությունդ։ Ասեմ՝ ինչ է պետք․
Համապատասխան որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո դարձիր գրանցված աշխատող (օրինակ՝ ամսական 150.000 դրամ աշխատավարձով) և՝
- Բանկը կների տույժ-տուգանքի 80%-ը, և քո նոր պարտքը կդառնա մոտ 450.000 դրամ։
- Քո վճարված 20% եկամտահարկը (30.000 դրամ/ամիս), որը դու փաստացի չես էլ ստանում, կառավարությունը կուղղի քո վարկի մարմանը։
- ԴԱՀԿ-ն քո մաքուր (հարկված) աշխատավարձից 20%-ը (24.000 դրամ/ամիս) կպահի նոր պարտքի մարման համար։
Արդյունքում՝
- Քո վճարելիքը կդառնա մոտ 220.000 դրամ։
- Մեկ տարուց էլ քիչ ժամկետում (9-10 ամսում)՝ ամսական մոտ 24.000 դրամ վճարելով, դու կփակես այս էջը։
Ծրագրից կարող են օգտվել մինչև 1 մլն դրամ վարկ վերցրած քաղաքացիները, որոնց 3 տարվա պարտքը այս պահին վստահաբար դարձել է նվազագույնը 2 մլն դրամ:
Խնդրում եմ հաշվի առնել, որ այս օրինակն ընդհանուր է, և թվերը կախված են վարկի պայմանագրից, տոկոսադրույքից ու աշխատավարձի չափից։ Սակայն փաստն այն է, որ կուտակված պարտքը վերջնարդյունքում մոտ 4 անգամ կնվազի։
