Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի ներկայացուցիչները հայ թուրքական սահմանին հանդիպել են ու քննարկել Ախուրիկ-Աքյաքա երկաթուղային անցակետը վերագործարկելու հարցը։

Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ, Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը։

«Հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել վերջին հանդիպման ժամանակ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության կոնտեքստում։ Մենք պայմանավորվել էինք, որ կողմերը տեխնիկական գնահատում կանեն կարիքների, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են Ախուրիկ-Աքյաքա երկաթուղային անցակետը վերագործարկելու համար: Հանդիպումն անցել է կառուցողական մթնոլորտում, հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել մի շարք գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, որոնք պատասխանատու են երկաթուղային ենթակառուցվածքների համար, ինչպես նաև այն գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք պատասխանատու են լինելու Անիի կամրջի համատեղ վերականգնման համար։»,–ասաց Ռուբինյանը։

Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը նշեց, որ թեև երկաթուղու վերագործարկման տեխնիկական մանրամասները քննարկվում են, այն վերագործարկելու քաղաքական պայմանավորվածություն չկա։

«Քաղաքական պայմանավորվածություն չկա, բայց կարող է գործընթացը նաև հակառակը լինել։ Երկու կողմերը, հասկանալով և ըմբռնելով, որ իրենց վերջնական նպատակն է երկու երկրների սահմանի ամբողջական բացումը, իսկ այդպիսի ընկալում կա, մենք նաև նման շփումներով նախապատրաստվում ենք դրան»,– հավելեց նա։
