Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Բոլորին հայտնի դիվանագիտական հնարքը, կիրառվում է մի երկրի կողմից` մեկ այլ երկրների կամ ազգերի վրա ազդեցության լծակներ ունենալու նպատակով: Սակայն մերօրյա իրականության մեջ տարբեր կառավարիչներ իրենց համարելով մեծն դիվանագետ, այս հնարքը կիրառում են փակ ներքին համակարգերը կառավարելու նպատակով: Չգիտեմ՝ որն է պատճառը. տիրելու մոլո՞ւցքը, թե՞ ուղղակի տեղեկատվության պակասն առ այն, որ ներքին համակարգերի կառավարման համար կան այլ բազմաթիվ հնարքներ ու աֆորիզմներ: խորհուրդ կտամ հետևել հենց այդ հնարքներին, մասնավորապես. լավ ղեկավար լինելու համար, ընդամենը մի՛ խանգարեք մասնագետներին կատարել իրենց մասնագիտական աշխատանքը կամ, որ ոչ պակաս կարևոր է՝ մի՛ ստիպեք աշխատակիցներին մտածել այնպես, ինչպես Դուք եք մտածում, թո՛ւյլ տվեք մտածել ինքնուրույն և ազատորեն արտահայտել սեփական կարծիքը:
Ինչևէ. Վերադառնանք նրանց, ովքեր գործում են «Բաժանի՛ր, որ տիրես» սկզբունքով. այստեղ ևս մոտեցումներում կան էական տարբերություններ: Որոշ մարդիկ այս հնարքը կիրառում են՝ մեկնաբանելով այն բառացիորեն և տիրելու նպատակով բաժանում կարողություն: Նման մարդիկ առաջնորդվում են շախմատային խաղի կանոններով, որտեղ կամայական խաղաքար ունի իր դերն ու նշանակությունը, ավելին՝ դաշտը պաշտպանված է, երբ խաղքարերը պաշտպանում են միմյանց. այստեղ կա գոնե կոլլեկտիվիզմի տարր: Հաղթանակին էլ հասնում են փոքր խաղաքարեր զոհաբերելով և դիմացինին հավատացնելով, թե դա հենց իր հաղթանակն է, և երբ մրցակիցը, գայթակղված իր ագահությամբ, մտածում է իր հերթական փոքրիկ հաղթանակի մասին, ամբողջ զինանոցով ի ցույց է դնում իրական պատկերը: 

Իսկ նրանք, ովքեր տիրելու համար բաժանում են պառակտելու իմաստով, առաջնորդվում են պոկերի խաղի կանոններով՝ երկար սպասելով, մինչև կհավաքվի վաղուց սպասված երանելի 4 տուզը. Այստեղ կոլլեկտիվիզմը բացակայում է: Իսկ ահա ամենա ոչ սկզբունքային մարդիկ «Բաժանի՛ր, որ տիրես» սկզբունքը կիրառում են հետևյալ մոտեցմամբ՝ բաժանում են կարողությունը պառակտելու նպատակով. Շախմատ և պոկեր միաժամանակ: Նման քայլի դիմում են նրանք, ովքեր ոչ շախմատում, և ոչ էլ պոկերում լուրջ ունակություններ չունեն հաջողության հասնելու համար, և բացը լրացնելու նպատակով փորձում են միքսել երկուսն էլ՝ շախմատային քայլերով ձեռքբերելով 4 տուզը: Սակայն վերջիններս մոռանում են մեկ բան՝ 4 տուզը միշտ չէ, որ հաղթող խաղաքարտ է, և հնարավոր է շախմատիստներն իրեն նվիրում են տզերը՝ իր ուշադրությունից դուրս թողնելով փոքր խաղաքարերը ,և արդյունքում հենց այդ փոքր խաղաքարերով հավաքում 3-7 միագույն կոմբինացիան (street flash): Իսկ այդքան երկար սպասված 4-րդ տուզը ձեռք բերելուց հետո միայն նկատում, որ վերջինս հաղթանակ չպարգևեց, ավելին չապահովեց անգամ ոչ ոքին:

Մի՛ զբաղվեք մոլախաղերով, մի՛ փորձեք տիրել, և հիշե՛ք. Լավագույն ղեկավարը նա է, ով կարողանում է մնալ աննկատ:
