Երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքի խորհրդանշական բանալին Գավառից փոխանցվել է Ապարանին

Երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքի խորհրդանշական բանալին հանդիսավոր արարողությամբ Գավառից հանձնվել է ՀՀ 2025 թ. երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք Ապարանին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից:
Միջոցառմանը ներկա են եղել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը, տեղական իշխանությունների, Ապարան համայնքի ղեկավար կազմի ներկայացուցիչներ:
ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Գավառ համայնքի ղեկավարությանը, համայնքապետարանի ողջ անձնակազմին, հասարակական և երիտասարդական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին ՀՀ 2024 թվականի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք տիտղոսը պատվով կրելու, երիտասարդների կողքին լինելու և ծրագրին համահունչ՝ մարզամշակութային հագեցած միջոցառումներ անցկացնելու համար:
Նա ընդգծել է՝ 2014 թվականից իրականացվող ծրագիրը տարեցտարի նոր թափ է հավաքում, և այդ համատեքստում Գավառը՝ որպես երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք, որակական նոր նշաձող է սահմանել: «Գավառը հաղթեց հետևողականության, հաստատակամության, իր հնարավորությունները շարունակաբար լավարկելու և տոկունություն ցուցաբերելու շնորհիվ: Գավառն ապացուցեց, որ մեր հնագույն ժառանգությունը մեզ պետք է ոգեշնչի նոր ձեռքբերումների ու առաջընթացի համար»,- ասել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալը:
Որպես կարևոր շեշտադրում՝ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը նշել է՝ ծրագրի գլխավոր նպատակն այն է, որպեսզի տվյալ համայնքը, հռչակվելով տարվա երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք, այդ շունչը պահպանի ոչ միայն ընթացիկ տարում, այլև հետագայում ևս՝ որպես ձևավորված ավանդույթ:
Նա հատկապես ընդգծել է, որ համայնքային կյանքի աշխուժացումն ու երիտասարդական ներուժի բացահայտումն այս ծրագրի կարևոր բաղադրիչներից են, ինչը շատ է կարևորվում Կառավարության կողմից: Դրա վկայությունը, ըստ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանի, Քաղաքացու օրվա շրջանակում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումն է Գավառի երիտասարդների հետ:
ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալն իրազեկել է նաև Կառավարության կողմից «Երիտասարդական քաղաքականության մասին» օրենքին հավանություն տալու մասին և նշել, որ հաջորդիվ կլինեն Ազգային ժողովում հանրային լսումներ, որոնց կմասնակցեն նաև տարբեր կառույցների գործընկերներ:
«Ակնկալում ենք, որ օրենքի ընդունումից հետո ավելի արդյունավետ կդառնա երիտասարդական կենտրոնների և երիտասարդական աշխատողների գործունեությունը, միաժամանակ համայնքային ղեկավարության և հանրության շրջանում ավելի կընդգծվի դրանց կարևորությունը: Մենք էլ ջանքեր չենք խնայի, որ երիտասարդական կենտրոնները համապատասխանեն այն ուղեցույցին, որը մշակվում է քաղաքացիական հասարակության և միջազգային գործընկերների հետ, որպեսզի մեր երիտասարդները ստանան անհրաժեշտ ծառայությունները»,- ասել է Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը։
Խոսքը եզրափակելով՝ նա հաջողություն է մաղթել Ապարան համայնքին, իսկ Գավառին հորդորել պահպանել նշաձողը:
Ներկաներին ողջունել են նաև Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի տեղակալ Ջանիկ Բազեյանը, Գավառ համայնքի ղեկավարի առաջին տեղակալ Գրիգոր Դաշտոյանը և Ապարան համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Հրայր Մկրտչյանը:
