«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություն կատարել կառավարության 2007 թ. ապրիլի 26ի N 504Ն որոշման մեջ: Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի 2012 թ. հուլիսի 20ի N 58 որոշմամբ հաստատված «Սննդային հավելումների, բուրավետիչների և տեխնոլոգիական օժանդակ միջոցների անվտանգությանը ներկայացվող պահանջներ» (ՄՄ ՏԿ 029/2012) Մաքսային միության տեխնիկական կանոնակարգի N 2 հավելվածով սահմանված է սննդամթերքի արտադրության մեջ թույլատրելի սննդային հավելումների ցանկը: Դրան զուգահեռ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գործում է 2007 թ.ի «Արգելված սննդային հավելումների ցանկը» հաստատելու մասին կառավարության N 504Ն որոշումը, և գործող որոշման մեջ նպատակահարմար է համարվում կատարել փոփոխություն, ինչի արդյունքում և՛ տնտեսվարողները, և՛ սպառողները ազգային օրենսդրության կարգավորումով առավել տեղեկացված կլինեն, թե սննդամթերքի արտադրության ժամանակ որ սննդային հավելումներն են արգելված։
 
N 504Ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություն կատարելու անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորված է մարդու առողջությանը սպառնացող ռիսկերը նվազագույնի հասցնելու գործոնով: Նշվում է, որ անհրաժեշտ է որոշման մեջ կատարել փոփոխություն, այն է՝ արգելված սննդային հավելումների ցանկը շարադրել նոր խմբագրությամբ և ավելացնել մի շարք սննդային հավելումներ, որոնց օգտագործումը սննդամթերքի արտադրության մեջ արգելվում է: Այս համատեքստում առկա են շատ դեպքեր, երբ տնտեսվարողները սննդամթերքի արտադրության մեջ կիրառելու նպատակով ներմուծում կամ ցանկանում են ներմուծել այնպիսի սննդային հավելումներ, որոնց օգտագործումը արգելված է, հետևաբար ցանկն ազգային օրենսդրությամբ սահմանելը շատ կարևոր է իրազեկվածության տեսանկյունից, ինչպես նաև այն կնպաստի, որ տնտեսվարողները, երբեմն չիրազեկվածության արդյունքում, չկրեն ֆինանսական դժվարություններ։
 
Այսպիսով՝ նախագծի ընդունմամբ կհամալրվի այն արգելված սննդային հավելումների ցանկը, որոնց ներմուծումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք սննդամթերքի արտադրության մեջ օգտագործման նպատակով կարգելվի, ինչի արդյունքում կբացառվի մարդու առողջությանը սպառնացող վտանգը: Նախագծի ընդունմամբ լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական միջոցների անհրաժեշտություն չի առաջանում, պետբյուջեում եկամուտների և ծախսերի ավելացում կամ նվազում չի նախատեսվում:
