«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, աշխատանքը շարունակելու համար հանրակրթական դպրոցների այն ուսուցիչները, որոնք ունեն միջին մասնագիտական կրթություն, պետք է ատեստավորում անցնեն: Սա բավական մեծ դժգոհություն էր առաջ բերել այդ ուսուցիչների շրջանում: Կար հաշվարկ, որ մոտ 1400 ուսուցիչ աշխատանքից կազատվի: Ներկա դրությամբ, մեր տեղեկություններով, նման ուսուցիչների շատ փոքր մասն է ատեստավորում անցել, իսկ եթե նրանք ցանկանան բարձրագույն կրթություն ստանալ «այդ տարիքում», ապա կարող են աշխատանքի վերադառնալ չորս, լավագույն դեպքում՝ երեք տարի անց (վերջին կուրսում): Մասնագետները նշում էին, որ դիպլոմ չունենալն ու գիտելիքներ կամ փորձ չունենալը լրիվ տարբեր հասկացություններ են՝ մանավանդ այսօրվա իրականության մեջ։ Ստացվում է, որ բազմաթիվ տարիների փորձ ունեցող, հմտություններ կուտակած մանկավարժները դուրս են մնում դպրոցից:
 
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս «ուղտը» չոքել է նաև արվեստի դպրոցների դռանը: Մենք տեղեկություններ ենք ստանում, որ այդ հաստատությունների տնօրեններին կարգադրվել է հնարավորինս ազատվել միջին մասնագիտական կրթություն ունեցող մանկավարժներից: Սակայն այս դպրոցներում իրավիճակը զգալի տարբերվում է. նախ՝ առանց այդ էլ դժվար է համապատասխան բուհ ավարտած մանկավարժ ներգրավել խայտառակ ցածր աշխատավարձի պայմաններում, երկրորդ՝ աշխատող մանկավարժներն իրենց դիպլոմում ունեն մանկավարժի որակավորում, քանի որ ավարտել են մանկավարժական (օրինակ՝ երաժշտամանկավարժական) քոլեջ:
 
Հետաքրքիր է, եթե նրանք նույնիսկ արվեստի դպրոցներում չեն կարող աշխատել, այդ դեպքում ինչի՞ համար են պահվում մասնագիտական մանկավարժական քոլեջները, և ինչո՞ւ են տրվում մանկավարժական դիպլոմներ:
