Բազմադրվագ կեղծիք, այս անգամ՝ արտագաղթի հետ կապված. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այն, որ Փաշինյանի կառավարման շրջանում ու հատկապես վերջին 3-4 տարին Հայաստանից արտագաղթը ահագնացել է, առավել քան ակնհայտ է: Հասկանալի է, որ շատ քչերը կցանկանան ապրել Փաշինյանի կառավարած երկրում, այն էլ՝ նման անիրավության, շարունակական մղձավանջի, անընդմեջ աղետների, անվտանգային ու սոցիալական սպառնալից և անկանխատեսելի վիճակի մեջ դրված երկրում: Ու այս խայտառակ վիճակը քողարկելու համար վերջերս քպական քարոզչությունը սկսեց ինֆորմացիոն հեթական կեղծիքը տարածել, թե նախկինում երբեք միգրացիայի մնացորդի դրական հաշվեկշիռ չի եղել:
Իրականում դա ոչ միայն կեղծիք է, այլև կեղծիք է մի քանի դրվագներով: Նախ՝ իրականում, մասնավորաբար, 2006-2008 թվականներին նման հաշվեկշիռ արձանագրվել է: Բայց դա էլ մի կողմ: Կա նաև փաշինյանական հաջորդ մեծ կեղծիքը: Ինչպե՞ս էին նախկինում հաշվում գնացողներին ու եկողներին: Չափազանց պարզ ու արդյունավետ տարբերակով. ՀՀ քանի՞ քաղաքացի է դեպի դուրս հատել ՀՀ սահմանը, քանի՞ քաղաքացի է մուտք գործել երկիր: Պարզագույն հանում, և տարբերությունն ակնհայտ է: Սա առավել հստակ և օբյեկտիվ պատկեր էր տալիս: Հիմա, պարզվում է, ավելի շուտ՝ 2021 թվականին, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը փոխել է հաշվարկի մեթոդաբանությունը: Եթե հակիրճ ու պարզ ասենք, ապա դիմել են իրենց սիրելի «մուտիտի» մեթոդին:
Այսինքն՝ հաշվարկի հիմք են վերցնում քաղաքացու... հաշվառման մեջ լինելը: Էհ, մարդը կարող է հեռանալ Հայաստանից, ամիսներով, եթե ոչ՝ տարիներով մնալ հաշվառման մեջ (այսինքն՝ «գրանցումից դուրս չգալ»), բայց փաստացի գտնվել լրիվ այլ երկրում: Բայց, արի ու տես, որ փաշինյանական իշխանության, վիճակագրության ու քարոզչության համար այդ մարդը... համարվում է Հայաստանում գտնվող, քանի որ հաշվառման մեջ է: Ինչո՞ւ են այդպես արել: Իսկ մի՞թե պարզ չէ: Գնացածների ու եկածների տարբերությունը կոնկրետ է, պարզ, ընկալելի, հստակ: Իսկ հաշվառման մեջ եղածչեղածներին, դե, գնա, հաշվիր, պարզիր, ստուգիր, թե ով է երկրում, իսկ ով՝ ամերիկամեքսիկական սահմանի մերձակայքում կամ, ասենք, Դոնի Ռոստովում:
Ըստ այդմ, հնարավոր է դառնում արտագաղթի մեղմ թվեր ցույց տալ: Այնինչ, մասնագետների կարծիքով, վերջին առնվազն երեք տարին արտագաղթի ռեկորդային ցուցանիշներ ունենք: Հա, չհաշված ընտրությունները, երբ այդ մարդիկ նույնիսկ տեղյակ էլ չեն լինի, որ ՔՊ են ընտրել... Հարմար տարբերակ է, ինչ խոսք:
