Դավիթ Առուշանյանը Շիրակի մարզպե՞տ. Գյումրիում տեղեկությունները վաղուց են շրջանառվում

Քիչ առաջ ՔՊ խմբակցության մանդատը վայր դրած պատգամավոր Դավիթ Առուշանյանը կնշանակվի Շիրակի մարզպետ: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը՝ նշելով, որ սա նորություն չէ, այս տեղեկությունները վաղուց են շրջանառվում Գյումրիում:
«Իշխանությունները սպասում էին երեկվա այսպես կոչված փրայմերիզին, որը իրականում շոու էր, որովհետեւ մենք Գյումրիում մոտավորապես մեկ շաբաթ առաջ գիտեինք՝ ով է հաղթելու: Այստեղ խնդիրն այն էր, որ Նիկոլը պետք է մեկ կրակոցով երկու նապաստակ սպաներ,նախ իր համար նոր ֆիգուր է հայտնաբերել ի դեմս Սարիկ Մինասյանի, որը, ըստ իրեն, վաղը մյուս օրը կարող է իր կուսակցության չեղած ռեյտինգը Շիրակի մարզում եւ հատկապես Գյումրիում բարձրացնել եւ երկրորդը՝ ինքը բացահայտ փչացրեց ամբողջ ՔՊ-ի թիմը Շիրակի մարզում, ապացուցելով, որ 6.5 տարվա մեջ իրենք կարող էին պարտվել ժամանակին այլ քաղաքական կուսակցություններին աջակցած անձին»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը՝ նշելով, որ Մինասյանը աջակցել ՀՀԿ-ականներին, հետագայում եղել է ԼՀԿ անդամ, նաեւ պատգամավոր է ընտրվել ԼՀԿ ցուցակով:
Հարցին, թե ինչու է մարզպետ փոխվում Շիրակի մարզում, արդյոք կային դժգոհություններ մարզպետ Մուշեղ Մուրադյանից, քաղաքագետն ասաց, որ ներկայիս մարզպետը ասոցացվում է ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Կաեն Սարուխանյանի հետ. «Շատերը նույնիսկ աում են, որ Մուշեղ Մուրադյանը Կարենի մոտ մարզպետ է աշխատում, որովհետեւ բոլոր կադրային հարցերը լուծվում էին Սարուխանյանի անմիջական եւ ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ: Կարեն Սարուխանյանի ակտիվ քաղաքականությունից հեռացնելու գործընթացը վաղուց է սկսվել եւ ես պատահական չեմ համարում, որ նրա նախասիրությունների մասին տեղեկություններ էին տարածվում մամուլում, դա արվել է հենց այս իշխանությունների ձեռամբ: Բայց մարդը մինչեւ վերջ գնաց փրայմերիզում պատվավոր երրորդ տեղը գրավեց, Աննա Հակոբյանի բարեկամից ընդամենը 5 ձայնով էր առաջ»:
Քաղաքագետը փաստում է, որ ամեն դեպքում ՔՊ-ն պարտվեց Գյումրիում. «ՔՊ-ն Գյումրիում պարտվեց նախկին քաղաքական ուժերին սպասարկող մեկին, ՔՊ-ն պարտվեց ՔՊ-ի աջակցին: Ի դեպ, Սարիկ Մինասյանը ՔՊ-ի աջակից է դարձել այս փրայմերիզից ընդամնեը 1-2 օր առաջ, որովհետեւ նա երբեք ցույց չի տվել այս իշխանություններին աջակցող որեւէ ձեւ: 6.5 տարին քիչ չէր ՔՊ ամուր թիմ ձեւավորելու համար, սակայն քայլիստները իրար մեջ ավելի վատ հարաբերություններ ունեն, քան ընդդիմադիրները, նույն Գյումրի քաղաքում»:
Նշենք, որ պատգամավոր Դավիթ Առուշանյանը այսօր է մանդատը վայր դնելու դիմում ներկայացրել ԱԺ նախագահին, վերջինս ընդունել է դիմումը:
