Ռուսաստանի Արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայության տնօրեն Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը հայտարարել է, թե ԱՄՆ-ը կորցնում է նախաձեռնությունը բոլոր ճակատներում, իսկ հետխորհրդային տարածքում Վաշինգտոնի ձախողումները սկսվել են։ Նրա խոսքով՝ «Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը նույնպես ականջալուր չեն լինում խաղաղության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ-ի և ԵՄ-ի առաջարկություններին՝ նախընտրելով բոլոր հարցերը լուծել ինքնուրույն»։

Նարիշկինի գլխավորած կառույցը վերջին շաբաթներին երկու անգամ անդրադարձել է Հայաստանին, նշել, թե Վաշինգտոնը Երևանին համառորեն մղում է «ազգային ինքնասպանության»՝ Հայաստանին դրդելով հրաժարվել արժեքներից, ավանդույթներից և շահավետ տնտեսական կապերից։

Նոյեմբերի վերջին էլ նույն ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, թե Միացյալ Նահանգները սկսել է Հայաստանում արևմտամետ կուսակցությունների «առաջխաղացումը»՝ 2026 թվականին հանրապետության ընտրություններում նրանց խորհրդարան դուրս բերելու նպատակով։

Թե՛ նախկինում արված հայտարարությունները, թե երեկ Սերգեյ Նարիշկինի արած հակադիր արտահայտությունները վկայում են մեկ բանի մասին՝ այդ կառույցը, որն ԱԳՆ-ի հետ միասին, ի սկզբանե զբաղվել է Հայաստանում գործընթացների համակարգմամբ, Կրեմլին համոզել է, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրենց ազդեցության ներքո է գտնվում, այսօր լրջագույն խնդիրներ ունի՝ բացատրելու իր տոտալ ձախողումը հայկական ուղղությամբ։ Եվ այժմ փորձում են մեղավորներ գտնել, մեղքն իրենցից հեռացնել։

Հայաստանում հակառուսական տրամադրությունների աճն էլ Նարիշկինի ու նրա գլխավորած հիմնարկի տապալման հետևանք է։
