Председатель Комитета по градостроительству: Нужно строить не просто здания, а среду

Председатель Комитета по градостроительству Армении Егиазар Варданян 10 декабря принял участие в ежегодном собрании Армянской ассоциации застройщиков. В ходе мероприятия был представлен отчет о деятельности ассоциации, а также обсуждены перспективы развития и вызовы сферы застройки.

Как сообщили Новости Армении – NEWS.am в пресс-службе Комитета по градостроительству республики, в ходе выступления Варданян упомянул о важности углубления сотрудничества между ассоциацией и комитетом на конструктивных основах. Среди ключевых направлений он выделил совместные шаги, направленные на совершенствование законодательного поля градостроительной сферы, модернизацию нормативного поля, активизацию деятельности сектора и повышение планки. Чиновник представил идеи применения новых подходов при строительстве апарт-отелей и программ строительства школ.

Варданян также упомянул о необходимости уточнения статуса застройщиков и правил игры сферы посредством разработки закона о строительной деятельности. «Надеюсь, что застройщики разделяют видение того, что нужно строить не просто здания, а среду со всей инфраструктурой, образовательными и медицинскими учреждениями, зелеными зонами», - заключил он.
