Օրեր առաջ Past.am-ը ներկայացրել էր Հարութ Աղլամազյանի հետ հարցազրույց, որտեղ ճշտվում էր, թե ինչպես է էլէներգիայի սակագնի դեմ պայքարի համակարգող նոր խմբի անդամը փորձում ցուցարարներին տեղավորել Բաղրամյան 1 հասցում, որտեղ, ի դեպ, գտնվում է տուրիստական գործակալություն:
 
Այսօր Հարութ Աղլամազյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որտեղ փորձում է ժողովրդի պայքարը տեղափոխել քաղաքական հարթություն: Թե որքանով է սա ընդունելի հասարակության կողմից, թող որոշի ընթերցողը, իսկ մենք ներկայացնում ենք հայտարարությունը:
 

«Հուլիսի 6-ին Բաղրամյան պողոտայում գործող ռեժիմը բռնի ուժ գործադրեց սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ՝ թույլ չտալով, որպեսզի ՀՀ քաղաքացին օգտվի Սահմանադրությամբ իրեն ընձեռված իրավունքից և իր խաղաղ բողոքի ձայնը բարձրացնի երկրում տիրող թալանի, ապօրինությունների և երկրի ռազմավարական նշանակության կառույցները օտարին հանձնելու իշխանությունների քայլերի դեմ:

ՀՀ քաղաքացու պահանջներն էին` կասեցնել հոսանքի ապօրինի թանկացումը, պատժել բոլոր այն ոստիկաններին և քաղաքացիական հագուստով մարդկանց, ովքեր մասնակցել էին հունիսի 23-ի քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ կիրառվող բռնություններին և դատական գործընթաց սկսելով ՀԷՑ-ի նկատմամբ՝ վերանայել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը` իջեցնելու նպատակով:

Հուլիսի 6-ին Բաղրամյան պողոտայի խաղաղ ցուցարարներին բռնի կերպով ցրելուց հետո ՀՀ քաղաքացուն միայն մի ելք է մնում՝ հեռացնել գործող ռեժիմին, հետո նոր ազգայնացնել Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը՝ իր ենթակառուցվածքների հետ միասին: Եթե մինչ այժմ Հայաստանի քաղաքացին էր ցանկանում ազատվել այս ռեժիմից, ապա հունիսի 6-ից հետո իշխանությունները, այլ ելք չթողնելով քաղաքացիներին, իրենք են ցանկանում որպեսզի քաղաքացիները դուրս գան և պահանջեն վերջիններիս հրաժարականը:

Ուստի առաջ է գալիս քաղաքական հարթակ ձևավորելու խնդիրը, որն արդեն կպայքարի ոչ թե թալանի դեմ, այլ թալանչիների: Ո՛չ Թալանչիներին»:
