«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունում խմորումներն ու անթաքույց տարաձայնություններն առաջիկայում ավելի են խորանալու, ընդհուպ՝ հանրության սեփականությունն են դառնալու։ Եվ խնդիրն ամենևին էլ կապված չէ Հովիկ Աղազարյանի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ։

Բանն այն է, որ որոշ ուժայինների պաշտոնանկություններից հետո ԱԺ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն այնքան է լկտիացել, որ սկսել է ուղիղ սպառնալ կուսակիցներին։ Առավել ևս, որ մինչ գիշերային sms-ները ՔՊ-ում խոսում էին, որ նրան են պաշտոնանկ անելու, զրկելու հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից, իսկ Քոչարյանն էլ սպառնացել էր վայր դնել մանդատը։ Այժմ, միտումնավոր չհրապարակելով 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը, Քոչարյանը նախ փորձում է ապահովագրել իրեն, ապա և հարձակման է անցել կուսակիցների դեմ։

Տարօրինակ կերպով, վերջին շրջանում որոշ տեղեկություններ են հայտնվում մամուլում տարբեր ՔՊ-ականների մասին, և կուսակցությունում գրեթե կասկած չունեն, որ դրա կազմակերպիչը հենց Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն է։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը կեղծ տեղեկություններ է տարածում ընդդիմադիր համարվող տարբեր լրատվամիջոցներով, ապա դրանք տանում և դնում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առջև, թե այսինչը լավ չի աշխատում, կամ թաթախված է կոռուպցիոն սխեմաների մեջ։

Ավելին, ՔՊ-ում վստահ են, որ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն է սարքել Աղազարյանի գլխին, իսկ իրական արտահոսքերը հենց ինքն է կազմակերպել թիմի դեմ։ Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանն առայժմ չի խառնվում, ուշադիր լսում է բոլորին, գլուխը տմբտմբացնում, բայց նեղ շրջապատում ասել է, թե խիստ հիասթափված է կուսակիցներից։ Իսկ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն էլ այս օրերին փորձում է իր մերձավորներին բրդել տարբեր ազատված պաշտոնների։ Թեպետ Քննչական կոմիտեում և ՆԳՆ-ում չհաջողվեց յուրայիններին նշանակել, բայց հույս ունի այդպիսի անձի նշանակել Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունում։
