Հայկական կողմը և հատկապես Հայ դատի գրասենյակները կարողացան ճիշտ կոորդինացնել ռեսուրսները և արդյունավետ աշխատանք կատարել, ինչի շնորհիվ հնարավոր եղավ կանխել ԵԽԽՎ-ում հակահայկական զեկույցներից մեկի ընդունումը: Հունվարի 29-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց ԱԺ  պատգամավոր Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը:«Մինչ վեհաժողովի նստաշրջանի մեկնարկը հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը: «Ես չէի ցանկանա այստեղ գերագնահատել Մինսկի խմբի դերը, բայց այդ հայտարարությունն ինչ-որ նշանակություն ունեցավ: Բայց Մարկովիչի զեկույցը ևս չպիտի անցներ, որովհետեւ այնտեղ քաղաքական հստակ շեշտադրումներ կան: Այդ զեկույցի ընդունումը առաջին հերթին ապտակ էր հենց Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Հակոբյանը:

Պատգամավորը նաև նկատեց, թե ԼՂՀ իշխանությունները հայտնել են, որ պատրաստ են քննարկել Սարսանգի ջրամբարի հարցը և կողմերին բավարարող որոշում գտնել: Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ դեպքում  քաղաքական տեսանկյունից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության  և Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն առաջին անգամ կնստեն մի սեղանի շուրջ: Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը նաև հավելեց, որ հայկական պտվիրակությունը կարող է ԵԽԽՎ-ի քննարկմանը ներկայացնել պատասխան զեկույց և չեզոքացնել Միլիցա Մարկովիչի զեկույցը:

Եվրախորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը հունվարի 26-ին փոփոխություններովու լրամշակումներով ընդունեց Բոսնիայի ու Հերցեգովինայի ներկայացուցիչ Միլիցա Մարկովիչի «Ադրբեջանի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչներըկանխամտածված կերպով զրկվում են ջրից» թեմայով զեկույցը: Կողմ քվեարկեց 98, դեմ` 71 պատգամավոր: Զեկույցի նախագծի քվեարկությանը ձեռնպահ էր 40պատվիրակ: Մինչ այդ վեհաժողովը մերժել էր բրիտանացի Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի «Բռնությունների աճը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և Ադրբեջանի այլ օկոպացված տարածքներում» խորագրով զեկույցը:
