Հովիկ Աղազարյանին չեն գաղտնալսել, նրա հեռախոսը արգրավել են, միջի նյութերը հանել են եւ սկսել տարածել: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց քաղտեխնոլոգ Կարեն Քոչարյանը:
«Եթե ընդհանուր խոսենք, թե իշխանությունում ինչ է կատարվում, ապա կատարվում է այն, ինչ սովորաբար կատարվում է բոլոր իշխանությունների հետ, երբ կտրվում են իրականությունից, երբ արդեն ունեն բավականին լուրջ ֆինանսական հոսքերի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն հաստատելու, տարբեր լծակների, այդ թվում վարչական, կադրային լծակների տիրապետելու խնդիր: Այս ամեն ինչը ցանկացած իշխանությունում կա, պարզ է, որ չտեսների իշխանությունում դա ավելի ցայտուն և ավելի շուտ պետք է լինի։
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Հովիկ Աղազարյանին, ապա այստեղ ավելի շատ խոսում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անձնական վախերը առ այն, որ իրեն հանկարծ թույլ կհամարեն: Ինքը սարսափելի վախում է թույլ երևալուց։
Հովիկ Աղազարյանին WhatsApp-ով խնդրանքը չկատարելը կարող էր ընկալվել, ընդ որում թիմակիցների կողմից, որպես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թուլության նշան։ Դրա համար է արվում այս ամեն ինչը»,-ասաց Քոչարյանը:
Նա նկատեց, որ ՔՊ-ի թիմում առավել ակտիվ են նրանք, որոնք գիտեն, որ իրենց վրա հաստատ կոմպրոմատ կա. «Ով ավելի հանգիստ է, իրեն այդպես հանգիստ էլ պահում է։
Եթե անգամ չլինի էլ կոմպրոմատ, ես տեսնում եմ, որ այս իշխանությունը կարող է շատ հանգիստ պարզապես մարդկանց վրա սարքել, այդ թվում նաև իր թիմակիցների»:
Քաղտեխնոլոգի խոսքով, եթե ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորներն ընդվզեն ու դուրս գան խմբակցությունից, կամ դնեն մանդատը, հաջորդ օրը նրանց վրա գործ կկարվի, որովհետեւ դա իշխանությանը մերժելու նման մի բան է, որը բնականաբար ունենում է բավականին ծանր հետևանքներ։
Նա կարծիք հայտնեց, որ այս ամենը վկայում է իշխանությունում պառակտման, ճաքերի մասին. «Դա նորություն չէ, ինչպես և ցանկացած այլ իշխանության դեպքում։ Մենք շատ տարբեր իրավիճակներ ենք տեսել,. թե ինչպես են այդ ճաքերը առաջանում: Իհարկե, անգամ ամենամեծ ճաքերի դեպքում, երբ ընդիմությունը բավականին ուժեղ է լինում, տեղի է ունենում իշխանության ուժերի մոբիլիզացիա, որովհետև այնտեղ կա ավելի վտանգավոր բան դիմացը: Մոռանում մի պահ ճաքերի մասին, հետո նորից այդ ճաքերը խորանում է, այնքան, մինչև ինչ-որ մի գեղեցիկ օր իմանում ենք, որ ներքին, պալատական հեղաշրջում է եղել»,-ասաց Կարեն Քոչարյանը:
