Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն օրերս կոռուպցիոն բնույթի քրեական գործի շրջանակում կալանավորել է Արարատի մարզի Արարատ քաղաքի համայնքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Արսեն Հակոբյանին և քաղաքաշինության, հողաշինության, տրանսպորտի և կոմունալ ծառայության բաժնի պետ Հրաչ Դավթյանին։ Գործի մանրամասները կոմիտեն դեռ չի հրապարակում, բայց այս կալանավորումն արդեն հասցրել է փչացնել հարաբերությունները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և արևմտամետների միջև։

Արսեն Հակոբյանն առաջին տեղակալ է դարձել կոալիցիոն հուշագրի շրջանակներում։ Նա 2021 թ. ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում գլխավորում էր Արման Բաբաջանյանի գլխավորած «Հանուն Հանրապետության» կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակը, իսկ ավագանի անցնելուց հետո ՔՊ-ի հետ կիսել է իշխանությունն Արարատ քաղաքում։

Քաղաքում «Բառի Արսեն» մականունով հայտնի Հակոբյանը նաև «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Արամ Զավենի Սարգսյանի ընկերն է։ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունն Արարատում ընտրություններին չի մասնակցել իր տեղը զիջելով մեկ այլ արևմտամետ ուժի։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Արսեն Հակոբյանի ձերբակալությունից հետո Զավենիչն ու Բաբաջանյանը փորձել են Փաշինյանի միջոցով կոծկել գործը, բայց իշխանությունները նախընտրել են տեղեկատվական արտահոսք կազմակերպել, Արսեն Հակոբյանին կալանավորել։ Եվ այժմ, երկու կուսակցությունների ղեկավարները տրտմած են Փաշինյանի այս պահվածքից, նեղացած հայտարարություններ են անում իրենց կողմնակիցների շրջապատում։
