Սիրիան ընկավ, իսկ Թուրքիան սպառնում է Հայաստանին

Սիրիայում 53 տարվա ղեկավարումից հետո ընկավ Ասադների դինաստիան: Բաշար Ասադը, ըստ վերջին տվյալների, փախել է Դամասկոսից, ընտանիքի հետ հանգրվանել Ռուսաստանում։ Մոսկվան նրանց ապաստան է տրամադրել։ Մինչ տարբեր փորձագետներ նշում են, որ Սիրիայում իշխանության անկումը լրջագույն հարված էր Մոսկվայի և Իրանի շահերին, փաստ է՝ ոչ Ռուսաստանը, ոչ Իրանը չաջակցեցին իրենց դաշնակից Ասադին, թույլ տվեցին, որ նա տապալվի։ Իսկ միջազգային հարաբերություններում ոչինչ հենց այնպես չի լինում, սովորաբար նման փոփոխություններին խոշոր առևտուր է նախորդած լինում։
Ռուսաստանը, ըստ արաբական և թուրքական աղբյուրների, դիմել է Թուրքիային՝ Սիրիայի տարածքից իր ռազմակայանները դուրս բերելու հարցում աջակցության համար։ Փաստացի, Մոսկվան լքում է Մերձավոր Արևելքը՝ դրա դիմաց, ըստ ամենայնի, զիջումներ կորզելով ուկրաինական ուղղությամբ։
Շատ են դիտարկումները, որ Սիրիան վերջինը չի լինելու, Թուրքիան նաև իր տարածաշրջանային ազդեցությունը ավելացնելու համար կարիք ունի տարածվելու դեպի արևելք։ Բնավ զարմանալի չէ, որ Սիրիայի նվաճումից հետո թուրքական իշխանությունները կրկին սկսել են խոսել այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին։ Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի միջազգային հարաբերությունների հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ֆուաթ Օքթայը Բաքվում հայտարարել է, թե «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացումը խաղաղության հաստատման կարևոր պայման է։ «Այդ միջանցքը խաղաղության, բարգավաճման և զարգացման ճանապարհ է տարածաշրջանի երկրների համար՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի, այդ թվում՝ Իրանի, Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի համար։ Միաժամանակ այն կարևոր է տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության ապահովման համար։ Հուսով ենք, որ Հայաստանը չի անսա երրորդ կողմերից եկող կեղծ լուրերին և կյանքի կկոչի խաղաղության և զարգացման ծրագիրը», - ասել է Թուրքիայի իշխող ուժի բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչը` հավելելով․ - «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի աշխատանքներն ադրբեջանական կողմից ավարտվել են, Հայաստանի սահմաններին մնում են աշխատանքներ, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է ավարտին հասցվեն։ Հուսով ենք, որ մոտ ապագայում կիրականացվի»։
Օքթայը նաև հայտարարել է, թե Անկարան աջակցում և միանում է Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու Բաքվի պահանջին: Փաստացի, թուրք բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի այս հայտարարությունը բացահայտ սպառնալիք է Հայաստանին։
