Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.

«Ասադի իշխանության անկումը ցույց է տալիս նրա կողմնակիցների՝ Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի թուլությունը։ Սա ԵՄ դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Կայա Կալլասի գնահատականն է։ Եվ ոչ միայն նրա։

Աշխարհը տեսնում է, թե ինչ է լինում Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցների հետ։ Աշխարհը նաև տեսնում է, թե ինչ հաջողությունների են հասնում ԱՄՆ դաշնակիցները։ Եվ սա կարևոր իրողություն է, որը չի կարելի անտեսել։ Չի կարելի հատկապես ռուսներին։

Արևմուտքը չափազանց գրագետ պարտիա է խաղում Ռուսաստանի դեմ։ Վերջինիս զոհելով Ուկրաինան՝ Արևմուտքն աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղատախտակը մաքրում է Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցներից։ 

Ուկրաինայում Ռուսաստանը, իհարկե, հաղթանակ կտոնի։ Բայց ու՞մ է պետք այդպիսի հաղթանակը։ Կրկին Արևմուտքին։ Մի պարզ պատճառով՝ որովհետև Ուկրաինան, իր նախկին տեսքով, գլխացավանք էր Արևմուտքի համար։ Ընդ որում, գլխացավանք էր թե՛ որպես Ռուսաստանի դաշնակից և թե՛ որպես Արևմուտքի կցորդ։ Այդ երկիրը պետք էր կտրել ռուսներից և փոքր մասերի բաժանել։ Խնդիրը լուծված է։ Դե թող դրանից հետո որքան ուզում են հաղթանակ տոնեն ռուսները։ Միևնույն է՝ բոլորը հասկանում են, որ դա պյուռոսյան հաղթանակ է։

Այսօրվա Ռուսաստանը չի սպասարկում իր աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերը։ Մոսկվայի համար դրանք առևտրի առարկա են դարձել։ Այդ իրողության առաջին նշանն ինձ համար 2016 թ. Ապրիլյան պատերազմն էր։ Դե իսկ վերջնականապես համոզվեցի այն բանից հետո, երբ 2018 թ. սեպտեմբերին Մոսկվայում ձերբակալվեց ու Ադրբեջանին հանձնվեց թալիշ ազգային գործիչ Ֆահրոդդին Աբոսզոդան։ 

Նույնը վերաբերում է նաև Իրանին։ Թեհրանի քաղաքականությանը դեռ կանդրադառնամ։

Զարմանալի՞ է արդյոք, որ Ռուսաստանի թշնամիները հաճույքով են գնում այն, ինչը վաճառում է հենց ինքը՝ Ռուսաստանը։ Իհարկե՝ ոչ։ Եվ ուրեմն ո՞րն է Ռուսաստանի փրկությունը։ «Օրեշնի՞կը»։ Հազիվ թե։  Սիրիայում Ռուսաստանին հենց այդ «Օրեշնիկի» պատասխանը տրվեց։ Վստահ եմ՝ Մոսկվայում դա լավ են հասկանում։ Կարծում եմ՝ Մոսկվայում նաև գիտեն լուծումները. պարզապես պետք է դադարել ազգային շահերի առևտուրը։ Նաև չծախել դաշնակիցներին, եթե անգամ դաշնակիցների մոտ նիկոլփաշինյանների պես ղեկավարներ են հայտնվում։ Այդ ամենը պետք է դադարեցնել քանի դեռ շատ ուշ չէ։
