ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը մտադիր է պաշտոնավարման իր քառամյա ժամկետում արտաքսել ԱՄՆ-ի բոլոր անօրինական ներգաղթյալներին, բայց նաև ցանկանում է ավելի ուշ գործարք կնքել, այսպես կոչված, «ներգաղթյալ երազողների» պաշտպանության համար,- ասել է նա NBC News-ին տված հարցազրույցում։
Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ նախատեսում է նախագահի պաշտոնում իր առաջին օրն արդեն գործողություններ ձեռնարկել՝ փորձելով վերացնել ծննդյան իրավունքով ամերիկյան քաղաքացիությունը, իրավունք, որ բխում է Սահմանադրության համապատասխան ուղղումից:
Նոյեմբերի կեսերին Թրամփը հաստատել էր, որ ծրագրում է արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարել և օգտագործել ԱՄՆ զինված ուժերը զանգվածային արտաքսումներն իրականացնելու համար։
Թրամփը միլիոնավոր անօրինական ներգաղթյալների արտաքսելու իր խոստումը դարձրեց 2024 թվականի իր վերընտրական քարոզարշավի հիմնաքարերից մեկը, և նրա թիմն արդեն սկսել է ծրագրի իրականացման ռազմավարություն մշակել:
Մոտավոր հաշվարկներով, ԱՄՆ-ում 11 միլիոն առանց փաստաթղթերի ներգաղթյալ է բնակվում: Սպասվում է, որ Թրամփի զանգվածային արտաքսումները կանդրադառնան երկրի շուրջ 20 միլիոն ընտանիքի վրա:
