Առաջիկա օրերին Գյումրիում «Քաղպայմանագրի» անդամներն ու համակիրները քաղաքապետի թեկնածու են «ընտրելու»։ Համենայն դեպս, Փաշինյանն է հայտարարել այսպես կոչված փրայմերիզների մասին, վարչությունն էլ յոթ հոգու հաստատել է՝ նախնական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար։
Թե՛ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկած մեթոդով, թե՛ ընթացիկ իրադարձություններով կարելի է փաստել՝ այդ փրայմերիզ կոչվածն ընդամենը թոզ փչելու միջոց է՝ ցանկալի թեկնածուին առանց ցնցումների հաստատելու համար։ Խորհրդարանն արդեն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է օրենսդրական փոփոխությունը, որով կարող է ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար նշանակել, հետաձգել արտահերթ ընտրությունները, ձեռքի հետ էլ մեթոդներ մշակել Գյումրիում իշխանությունը վերջնական զավթելու համար։
