Վերջին չորս տարիների ընթացքում միլիարդատերերը հաճախակի են փոխում իրենց բնակավայրերը: 2020 թվականին COVID-19-ի բռնկման պատճառով տեղափոխվող մարդկանց թվի աճ է գրանցվել, եւ միլիարդատերերը բացառություն չէին: Համաձայն UBS-ի նոր զեկույցի, որը հետեւում է աշխարհի ամենահարուստ մարդկանց հարստությանը, 176 միլիարդատեր սկսել է ավելի հաճախակի տեղափոխություններ անել համաճարակի սկզբից ի վեր, հայտնում է Bloomberg-ը:
Բայց կոնկրետ ո՞ւր են նրանք գնում: Մերձավոր Արեւելքը եւ Աֆրիկան միլիարդատերերի համար ամենացանկալի ուղղություններն են։ Նրանք, ում ընդհանուր կարողությունը կազմում է ավելի քան 400 միլիարդ դոլար, տեղափոխվել են տարածաշրջան վերջին չորս տարիների ընթացքում: Առողջապահական եւ կրթական ծրագրերով առաջատարների թվում են նաեւ Շվեյցարիան, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները, Սինգապուրը եւ Միացյալ Նահանգները։
«Համաճարակի ցնցումը բարձրացրել է բարձրակարգ առողջապահության արժեքը, իսկ երիտասարդ ընտանիքներն ավելի ու ավելի են գնահատում գերազանց կրթությունը եւ անվտանգ միջավայրը»,-նշվում է զեկույցում։ «Որպես խումբ միլիարդատերերը ծերանում են, եւ նրանց ընտանիքները մեծանում են: Բնականաբար, առողջապահությունն ու կրթությունը դառնում են ավելի կարեւոր։ Նրանք կարող են նաեւ ցանկանալ ապրել այնպիսի իրավասություններում, որտեղ իրավական կառույցներն աջակցում են հարստության փոխանցմանը»:
Ծայրահեղ հարուստ բնակիչների ամենամեծ արտագաղթի պատճառով Արեւելյան Եվրոպան գրանցել է 29 միլիարդատերերի կորուստ 2020-ից 2024 թվականներին՝ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի բռնկումից հետո: Կորուստներ են գրանցել նաեւ Կենտրոնական եւ Հարավային Ամերիկաները, Օվկիանիան եւ Հարավարեւելյան Ասիան։
«Մարդիկ գնում են իրավասություններ ոչ միայն հարկային արտոնությունների, այլ նաեւ անվտանգության եւ քաղաքական նկատառումներով»,-բացատրել է ամերիկացի միլիարդատերներից մեկը: «Մի քանի տարի առաջ ես ընտանիքս տեղափոխեցի մի երկիր, նահանգ եւ քաղաք, որն ապահովում էր ամենապահանջված արտոնությունները: կշարունակվի»:
2015-ից 2024 թվականների 10 տարում միլիարդատերերի ընդհանուր կարողությունն ամբողջ աշխարհում աճել է 121 տոկոսով՝ 6,3 տրիլիոն դոլարից հասնելով 14 տրիլիոն դոլարի: Այս տասնամյակի ընթացքում միլիարդատերերի իրական թիվն աճել է 50 տոկոսով՝ 1757-ից հասնելով 2682-ի։
