Ծայրահեղ հարուստ բնակիչների ամենամեծ արտագաղթի պատճառով Արեւելյան Եվրոպան գրանցել է 29 միլիարդատերերի կորուստ 2020-ից 2024 թվականներին՝ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի բռնկումից հետո: Կորուստներ են գրանցել նաեւ Կենտրոնական եւ Հարավային Ամերիկաները, Օվկիանիան եւ Հարավարեւելյան Ասիան։

«Մարդիկ գնում են իրավասություններ ոչ միայն հարկային արտոնությունների, այլ նաեւ անվտանգության եւ քաղաքական նկատառումներով»,-բացատրել է ամերիկացի միլիարդատերներից մեկը: «Մի քանի տարի առաջ ես ընտանիքս տեղափոխեցի մի երկիր, նահանգ եւ քաղաք, որն ապահովում էր ամենապահանջված արտոնությունները: կշարունակվի»:

2015-ից 2024 թվականների 10 տարում միլիարդատերերի ընդհանուր կարողությունն ամբողջ աշխարհում աճել է 121 տոկոսով՝ 6,3 տրիլիոն դոլարից հասնելով 14 տրիլիոն դոլարի: Այս տասնամյակի ընթացքում միլիարդատերերի իրական թիվն աճել է 50 տոկոսով՝ 1757-ից հասնելով 2682-ի։
