Կապանի քաղաքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանը պատասխանել է ԱԺ ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վահագն Ալեքսանյանին․

Դեկտեմբերի 5-ի Ազգային ժողովի հերթական նիստի ժամանակ ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վահագն Ալեքսանյանը իր ելույթում համոզմունք է հայտնել, թե իբր իմ ղեկավարման ընթացքում տենդերների 70 և ավել տոկոսը շահում են իմ ընտանիքի հետ փոխկապակցված կազմակերպությունները։
Հաշվի առնելով, որ նման անհիմն հայտարարությունները, հատկապես բարձր ամբիոնից հնչեցված, արդեն դարձել են կրկնվող երևույթ, հարկ եմ համարում հրապարակայնորեն արձագանքել, քանի որ իրականությունը բոլորովին այլ է և հիմնված է ակնհայտ փաստերի վրա։
Այսպիսով, 2019 թվականին Կապանի համայնքապետարանը հայտարարել է շուրջ 18 շինարարական աշխատանքների մրցույթ, որոնցից ընդամենը 1-ում հաղթող է ճանաչվել Կապանի «Նորոգշին» ՍՊ ընկերությունը։
2020 թվականին հայտարարվել է 20 մրցույթ, որոնցից 5-ում է հաղթող ճանաչվել Կապանի «Նորոգշին» ՍՊ ընկերությունը:
2021 թվականին հայտարարվել է 38 մրցույթ, որոնցից 9-ում հաղթող է ճանաչվել Կապանի «Նորոգշին» ՍՊ ընկերությունը։
2022 թվականին հայտարարվել է 25 մրցույթ, որոնցից 8-ում հաղթող է ճանաչվել Կապանի «Նորոգշին» ՍՊ ընկերությունը։
2023 թվականին հայտարարվել է 17 մրցույթ, որոնցից 2-ում հաղթող է ճանաչվել Կապանի «Նորոգշին» ՍՊ ընկերությունը։
2024 թվականին, այսօրվա դրությամբ, հայտարարվել է 24 մրցույթ, որոնցից 7-ում հաղթող է ճանաչվել Կապանի «Նորոգշին» ՍՊ ընկերությունը։
Ուզում եմ նաև տեղեկացնել, որ Կապանի «Նորոգշին» ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրեն է հանդիսանում եղբայրս՝ Գրիգորի Փարսյանը, իսկ ընկերության 100% բաժնետերը հայրս է՝ Ռազմիկ Փարսյանը։
Կապանի «Նորոգշին» ՍՊ ընկերությունը մեր տարածաշրջանի շինարարության բնագավառում մասնագիտացված ամենամեծ կազմակերպությունն է և 2010 թվականից հանրապետության խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում է։
