ԵԽ Նախարարների կոմիտեն պահանջում է Ադրբեջանից կատարել Գուրգեն Մարգարյանի գործով ՄԻԵԴ-ի վճիռը

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Նախարարների կոմիտեն վճիռների կատարման վերահսկման շրջանակներում Մակուչյանը և Մինասյանը Ադրբեջանի դեմ գործով հրապարակել է հերթական որոշումը, որը վերաբերում է 2004 թվականին Բուդապեշտում ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողի կողմից հայ սպա Գուրգեն Մարգարյանի սպանությանը։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ԵԽ Նախարարների կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունը։

2004 թվականին Բուդապեշտում ՆԱՏՕ-ի դասընթացների ընթացքում ադրբեջանցի սպա Ռամիլ Սաֆարովը դաժանորեն սպանեց հայ սպա Գուրգեն Մարգարյանին և փորձեց սպանել ևս մեկ հայ սպայի՝ Հայկ Մակուչյանին։ Սաֆարովը Հունգարիայի դատարանի կողմից դատապարտվեց ցմահ ազատազրկման, սակայն 2012 թվականին Ադրբեջան տեղափոխվելուց հետո նրան ներում շնորհվեց, նա պարգևատրվեց, և նրան տրվեցին նյութական և պաշտոնական արտոնություններ։

Ընդգծելով Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի վճռի կարևորությունը՝ ԵԽ Նախարարների կոմիտեն առաջ է քաշել հետևյալ պահանջները․

ՄԻԵԴ-ի վճռից չորս տարի անց Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները չեն իրականացրել վճռի անհատական միջոցները։ Կոմիտեն կրկին կոչ է անում անհապաղ վճարել հայցվորների ներկայացուցիչների ծախսերը։ Պահանջվել է ապացուցել, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կայքում տեղադրված ներումի մասին նամակները հեռացվել են։
