Մենք գրել էինք, որ արդարադատության նորանշանակ նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը կադրային լուրջ փոփոխությունների է պատրաստվում, ինչի արդյունքում պաշտոնանկ կարվեն ԱՆ համակարգի մի շարք պաշտոնյաներ։ Մասնավորապես, գրել էինք, որ առաջին պաշտոնանկ արվողներից է լինելու Քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ Ամբակում Գրիգորյանը, որին դեռ նախորդ նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանն էր ուզում ազատել, բայց Մինասյանն ավելի շուտ ազատվեց պաշտոնից։

Երեկ տեղեկացանք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ստորագրել է Ամբակում Գրիգորյանի ազատման հրամանը, բնականաբար՝ Սրբուհի Գալյանի ցանկությամբ և առաջարկով։

Իսկ ո՞վ է նշանակվելու Ամբակումի փոխարեն։ MediaHub-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այս պահին դեռ որևէ թեկնածուի հստակ անուն չկա, որի վրա կանգ է առել Գալյանի ընտրությունը։ Բայց որպես հավանական թեկնածու՝ շրջանառվում է ՔԿԾ պետի տեղակալ Վարդգես Ծաղիկյանի անունը, համակարգում, համենայնդեպս դեռ միայն նրա մասին են լսել, որ կարող է փոխարինել Ամբակում Գրիգորյանին։ Բայց սա դեռ վերջնական տարբերակ չէ։

Նկատենք, որ Վարդգես Ծաղիկյանը, որ 2006 թվականից աշխատում է ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայությունում, Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի մորաքրոջ տղան է, և այս հանգամանքը ևս կարող է դեր խաղալ Ծաղիկյանի թե՛ նշանակման, թե՛ չնշանակման հարցում։

Այսինքն, եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որի հետ, ասում են, լուռ հակասություն ունի Ավինյանը, որոշի «բլոկ» անել Ավինյանին և թույլ չտալ, որ նրա ազդեցությունը պետական համակարգում մեծանա, ապա Ծաղիկյանը չի նշանակվի, որքան էլ որ լավ և պրոֆեսիոնալ թեկնածու լինի ՔԿԾ պետի պաշտոնի համար։ Իսկ եթե Փաշինյանը չխառնվի այս գործընթացին, ապա հնարավոր է՝ Ավինյանը կարողանա իր զարմիկին նշանակել տա ՔԿԾ պետ, հատկապես, որ նախարար Գալյանն, ասում են, առանձնապես դժգոհություն չունի Ծաղիկյանից։
