Նախորդ շաբաթ արցախցի հասարակական գործիչ Լիաննա Պետրոսյանի բողոքի հանրահավաքը չեղարկելուց հետո, սոցիալական ցանցերում որոշ քաղաքացիների կողմից բարձրացավ դժգոհությունների ալիք։ Մի մասը կարծում էր, թե դա կազմակերպել են ՀՀ իշխանությունները, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, բողոքի ակցիա՝ թեկուզ խաղաղ հանրահավաք չկայանա, մյուսներն ընկալեցին, որ վերջապես «սայլը շարժվում է տեղից» և հարցին լուծում կտան։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ հանրահավաքը վերաբերում էր արցախցիների  բնակապահովման ու սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրերին։

«Մարդը նաև պետք է ունենա արժանապատիվ ապրելու պայմաններ այն երկրում, որտեղ այդ պահին փաստացի բնակվում է։ Բայց եթե մենք այսօր ասում ենք, որ արժանապատիվ պայմաններ ենք պահանջում, դա չի նշանակում, որ մենք հրաժարվում ենք մեր վերադարձի իրավունքից։ Սրանք տարբեր հարթություններում գտնվող հարցեր են, և ես ճիշտ չեմ համարում այն մեկնաբանությունները, երբ սա համարվում է զուտ ստամոքսի կամ փողի խնդիր, սա ուղղակի իրավունքների իրացում է»,- MediaHub-ին ասաց Լիաննա Պետրոսյանը։ 

Եթե անձը տվյալ երկրում ճանաչվել է փախստական, ապա պետությունը որոշակի հանձնառություններ ունի փախստականի նկատմամբ։ Լիաննայի խոսքով՝ արցախցիներն այդ իրավունքների համար են պայքարում, որի մեկ բաղադրիչը սոցիալական բաղադրիչն է։ Նախորդ շաբաթ կառավարության ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպումից հետո, վերջիններս խոստացել են վերանայել ծրագիրը։ 

Լիաննան կառավարությանը ներկայացրել է հիմնական հուզող հարցերի փաթեթը։ 

«Բայց մենք երբեւէ չենք հրաժարվում մեր հիմնական իրավունքից, որը վերադարձի իրավունքն է։ Վերադարձի իրավունքն իրացնելու համար միջազգային երաշխիքներ պետք է տրվեն արցախցիներին, որպեսզի նրանք վերադառնան։ Բայց եթե մարդն այս պահին ապրում է այստեղ և օրվա ապրուստի խնդիր պետք է լուծի, իհարկե, պետք է ուշադրության կենտրոնում լինեն նաեւ սոցիալական հարցերը»,- հավելեց նա։
