Мошенники придумали новый способ для получения доступа к личной информации пользователей Apple. Один из последних способов – рассылка фишинговых писем с требованием немедленно восстановить заблокированный Apple ID. Следуя инструкциям из таких писем, пользователи собственноручно передают свои аккаунты злоумышленникам.

Как сообщает издание TechRadar, эти электронные письма выглядят максимально правдоподобными, с использованием логотипов, цветов и шрифтов Apple. Хакеры сеют панику среди пользователей, утверждая, что действие их Apple ID было приостановлено, и требуя от них быстрых действий для восстановления учетной записи.

Если пользователь перейдет по ссылке в электронном письме и введет свои данные, мошенники смогут украсть учетные данные и получить доступ к личным данным, таким как файлы и фотографии, сохраненные в iCloud. Это также может позволить им совершать мошеннические покупки с помощью сохраненных способов оплаты.

Пользователям устройств Apple рекомендуется быть бдительными и не реагировать на подозрительные электронные письма, требующие восстановления их учетной записи. Вместо этого рекомендуется напрямую обращаться на официальный сайт Apple или в приложение «Учетная запись Apple» для проверки статуса их учетной записи.
