Ադրբեջանն էլ ի՞նչ նախապայմաններ է «եփում», որ արգելակվում է բանակցային գործընթացի վերսկսումը

«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․
«Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն, արտահոսքի միջոցով, տեղեկացրել է, որ մերժել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի նախաձեռնությունը` ՀՀ-ի ու Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների միջև հանդիպում կազմակերպելու վերաբերյալ:
Սա այն պարագայում, որ Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնական շրջանակները դեռ նոյեմբերին հայտարարում էին, որ COP29-ի ավարտից հետո` դեկտեմբերին, Հայաստանի հետ բանակցությունները վերսկսվելու են:
Մի կողմ դնենք Արևմուտքի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական «կապրիզներն» ու ռուսներին «ծախվող» սիգնալները, սակայն դեռ այդքան էլ հստակ չէ, թե բանակցային գործընթացի կոնկրետ ո՞ր դրույթներն ու քմահաճույքներն են այս փուլում արգելակում բանակցությունների վերսկսումը և Ադրբեջանն էլ ի՞նչ նախապայմաններ է «եփում»:
