Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանին մտահոգում է մեկ ամսում ՔԿՀ-ներում ինքնասպանության չորս դեպքը

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը մտահոգիչ է համարում այն հանգամանքը, որ վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում ինքնասպանության 4 դեպք է արձանագրվել, սակայն հորդորում է եզրակացություններ չանել և սպասել նախաքննության ավարտին: Հունվարի 29-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն ընդգծեց, որ յուրաքանչյուր դեպքով առանձին նախաքննություն է ընթանում, որի ավարտից հետո ամեն ինչ հայտնի կլինի հանրությանը: «Ես այս պահին զերծ կմնամ ավելորդ մեկնաբանություններից, քանի որ այս պահին նախաքննություն է իրականացվում, որից հետո դուք ամեն ինչ կիմանաք»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց նախարարը:
Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ իսկապես մտահոգիչ է այդպիսի փաստերի արձանագրումը քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում, բայց յուրաքանչյուր կոնկրետ դեպքի հետ կապված պետք է քննություն իրականացվի: «Այսինքն, հիմա այսպես համահարթեցված սկզբունքով մեկնաբանություն տալ այդ դեպքերի կապակցությամբ ուղղակի ո՛չ կոռեկտ կլինի, ո՛չ էլ պրոֆեսիոնալ: Դրա համար ես ձեզ էլ եմ հորդորում սպասել մինչև նախաքննության ավարտը, որովհետև նախաքննության գաղտնիք կա, որոշակի տվյալներ կան, սակայն մինչև նախաքննության ավարտվելը ճիշտ չէ որևէ բան հրապարակելը: Ես ձեզ հորդորում եմ սպասել և այնուհետև ողջ տեղեկատվությունը ձեզ կտրամադրվի»,- եզրափակեց նախարարը:
Պաշտոնական տվյալներով` վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում ինքնասպանության երեք դեպք է գրանցվել։ Դեպքերից մեկով` հունվարի 4-ին կարանտինային 6-րդ խցում զուգարանի դռան ռետինե պարանով ճաղավանդակից կախվելու միջոցով ինքնասպան է եղել 21-ամյա ԱնզորԿարապետյանը: Հունվարի 24-ին էլ «Նուբարաշեն» հոգեբուժական կլինիկայում հայտնաբերվել է դատապարտյալ Սիմոն Վարդազարյանի դին՝ կախված վիճակում:
