Այսօր ԱԺ ամբիոնից «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Գրիգորյանը անդրադարձել է իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների կոռուպցիոն գործարքներին, այդ թվում թե ինչպես է Վեդիի համայնքապետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանի մորեղբայրը տենդերներ շահում։ Գարիկ Սարգսյանն այդ մասին որոշակի պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել։
«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,
Վեդի համայնքի սիրելի բնակիչներ
Վերջին շրջանում մամուլում, ինչպես նաեւ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության որոշ պատգամավորների կողմից անդրադարձ է կատարվում իրենց պատկերացմամբ կոռուպցիոն դրսեւորումների, դրանց շարքում հիշատակելով Վեդու համայնքապետարանի կողմից կազմակերպված մրցույթները, որոնց, ի թիվս բազմաթիվ շինարարական կազմակերպությունների, մասնակցել է նաեւ իմ մորեղբորը պատկանող «Նոյավան» ՍՊԸ-ն։
Վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում (մինչեւ այս պահը) Վեդու համայնքապետարանը հրապարակել է շուրջ 22 սուբվենցիաների մրցույթ՝ ապահովելով թափանցիկություն, հաշվետվողականություն, ինչպես նաեւ հավասար մրցակցային պայմաններ։
«Նոյավան» ՍՊ ընկերությունը, հավասար մրցակցային պայմաններում, հաղթել է այդ 22 մրցույթներից միայն երկուսում, որի արդյունքում Վեդի համայնքը ունեցել է շուրջ 103 մլն. դրամի խնայողություն։
Ավելին, այս 22 մրցույթների պայմանագրային արժեքը միասին կազմում է շուրջ 5,5 մլրդ. ՀՀ դրամ, որից միայն 280+109 մլն. ՀՀ դրամի չափով պայմանագրերն են կնքվել «Նոյավան» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ, ինչը կազմում է Վեդու համայնքապետարանի եւ այլ շինարարական կազմակերպությունների հետ կնքված ամբողջ պայմանագրային արժեքի 7,1%-ը։
Եվ վերջում, ուզում եմ հատուկ ընդգծել, որ ես չեմ հանդիսանում Վեդու համայնքապետարանում ձեւավորված գնումների գնահատող հանձնաժողովի անդամ, ինչը երաշխավորում է հավասար պայմաններ եւ զրո ռիսկ բոլոր մասնակիցների համար։
Հ.Գ. Համեմատության համար ներկայացնեմ 2023թ.-ին մեկ լոտով իրականացված մի մրցույթ, որտեղ հաղթող է ճանաչվել «Հայաստան» խմբակցության նախկին պատգամավորի ընտանիքին պատկանող շինարարական ընկերությունը։ Վերջինիս հետ կնքված պայմանագրի արժեքը կազմում է շուրջ 874 մլն. ՀՀ դրամ, որն էլ իր հերթին կազմում է 2022-23-24թթ. Վեդու համայնքապետարանի եւ այլ շինարարական կազմակերպությունների հետ կնքված ամբողջ պայմանագրային արժեքի մոտ 16%-ը»,–գրել է նա։
