Ռուսաստանը կրկին հիշել է Հռոմի ստատուտը

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն կրկին հիշել է Հռոմի ստատուտը։ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Մարիա Զախարովան հայտարարել է, թե Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացումն ուղիղ վնաս է հասցնում ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններին։ «Հայաստանի՝ միջազգային քրեական դատարանին միանալու հետ կապված մեր դիրքորոշումը հայտնի է։ Հաագայում Ռուսաստանի մի շարք պաշտոնյաների ձերբակալելու օրդեր տալու ֆոնին Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացումն ուղիղ վնաս է հասցնում ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններին»,- ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է արտգործնախարարության խոսնակը։ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ այդ վնասը ոչ միայն խորհրդանշական է, այլև գործնական։

Պատճառը, որ ռուսական ԱԳՆ-ն նորից հիշել է ստատուտի մասին, Արարատ Միրզոյանի այցն է Հաագա, որտեղ նա ելույթ է ունեցել, հանդիպել Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի նախագահ Տոմոկո Ականեի հետ։

Երևանը Հռոմի ստատուտը վավերացրել էր անցած տարի, իսկ այս փետրվարից պաշտոնապես միացել է Միջազգային քրեական դատարանին։ Հռոմի ստատուտին միանալու քայլը հավելյալ լարվածություն էր առաջացրել Երևանի ու Մոսկվայի հարաբերություններում, քանի որ հենց այս դատարանն է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ձերբակալելու օրդեր տվել։ Այժմ, թերևս, պաշտոնական Երևանն իր հակառուսական քաղաքականությունը թաքցնելու կարիք չունի, և Ռուսաստանից հնչող քննադատությունները գնալով ավելի են կոշտանալու։
