Գարիկ Սարգսյանի քեռու գործից ի՞նչ կասեք․ Գառնիկ Դանիելյան

Մամուլում բազմաթիվ հրապարակումներ են լինում, որ այս կամ այն պաշտոնյայի հետ փոխկապակցված անձինք մասնակցում են մրցույթներին և այդ մրցույթների ընթացքում շահում են տարբեր տիպի տենդերներ: Այս մասին, այսօր ԱԺ-ում ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը:
«Մասնավորաբար միքանի շաբաթ առաջ մամուլում հրապարակվեց Վեդու ՔՊ-ի ղեկավար Գարիկ Սարգսյանի քեռին 2018-2024 թվականներին, ընդհանուր առմամբ, 506 միլիոն դրամի տենդեր է շահել: Նա ժամանակին Գարիկ Սարգսյանի խորհրդականն է եղել, հիմա էլ ավագանու անդամ է: Այդ ո՞նց է լինում, որ այդ փոխկապակցված անձիք նման խոշոր ծավալի տենդերներ են շահում:
Շինանյութի վաճառքով զբաղվող կազմակերպության ղեկավարն այսօր ջրագծեր, գազի գծեր կառուցելու թույլտվություններ է ստանում և շահում տենդերները:
Նաև վերջին շրջանում էլի հրապարակումներ եղավ, որ համայնքի ղեկավարը իր եղբորը հող էր վաճառել: Ո՞նց է լինում, որ նման կոռուպցիոն սկանդալներ են լինում, ու լավագույն դեպքում տուգանվում են ամենաշատը 300 հազար դրամ, որ չնչին կոպեկներ են,-ասաց պատգամավորը:
Ի պատասխան Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովի անդամի թեկնածու Նարինե Ազարյանն ասաց. «Օրենքով ամրագրված ամրագրված են այդ բոլոր հարաբերությունների կարգավորումները, եթե կա շահերի բախում, եթե խախտվել է որևէ սահմանափակում, որը որ ամրագրված է օրենքով հստակ, այդ դեպքում նաև նախատեսվում է տուգանք։ Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովը զուտ կիրառում է օրենքով սահմանված բոլոր կառուցակարգերը»:
Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը նկատեց, որ ընդհանուր բնույթի բաներ է ասում. «Կներեք, բայց ոնց որ բաժակաճառեր լինեն: Մենք էլ գիտենք, որ կան օրենքներ, բայց ասածս այն է, որ այդ օրենքները խախտվում են Եվ դուք հիմա հավակնում եք մի պաշտոնի, դուք պիտի ձեր տեսլականը ասեք, գնահատականներ տաք: Մեկ անձից գնումների հետ կապված խայտառակ վիճակում ենք այսօր: Հստակ գնահատականներ պետք է տրվի այն մարդկանց, որոնք պաշտոններ են զբաղեցնում և իրենց հետ փոխկապակցված մարդիկ իրենց խնամիները, ծանոթները, եղբայրները այսօր տենդերներ են շահում և այդտեղ շատ մեծ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի տեղ կա և դրա մասին մամուլում բազմաթիվ հրապարակումներ կան: Միշտ էլ օրենք եղել է, բայց այդ օրենքները շրջանցվել են, դրա մասին է խոսքը»:
ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Հակոբ Արշակյանն էլ ասաց. «Այսինքն դատավճիռ եք ուզում կայացնե՞նք այստեղ: Թեկնածուին ասենք կոնկրետ քեյսից հարց եք տալիս, ասում ենք ասեք՝ մեղավոր է, թե մեղավոր չէ: Դե դատավճիռ եք ուզում»:
