Փաստաբանների պալատից հայտնում են․

«ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի փաստաբանների ակումբում ձևավորված փաստաբանների նախաձեռնող խմբի փաստաբանների կողմից այսօր՝ 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 4-ին հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացվել Գլխավոր դատախազություն, որը վերաբերում է Ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանի կողմից կատարված կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր պարունակող գործողություններին:

Փաստաբանները Գլխավոր դատախազին ներկայացրել են մի շարք հիմնավորումներ՝ նշված փաստերով քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնելու և դրանց պատշաճ քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու խնդրանքով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ փաստաբանները մասնավորապես բարձրաձայնել էին ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանի հետևյալ գործողությունների մասին՝

1. Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը 2021թ. հայտնել է, որ ստացել է 1.000.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար անտոկոս փոխառություն:

Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը 1.050.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գնով գնել է «Կարիտաս Իտալիանա» ՓԲ ընկերության 100% բաժնետոմսերը, իսկ հետագայում այդ կազմակերպությունը վերակազմավորել է «ՋԻ Կոդեր» ՍՊ ընկերության, իր բաժնեմասերը վաճառել է ազգականին: 2023թ. այդ նույն «Ջի Կոդեր» ՍՊԸ-ին ՀՀ կառավարությունը տրամադրել է 1,8 մլրդ դրամի ապրանքների ներմուծման մաքսատուրքի արտոնություն, որի ազատված մաքսատուրքը կազմել է 118 մլն. դրամ։ Հատկանշական է, որ 2023թ. դրությամբ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը «Ջի Կոդեր» ՍՊԸ-ի նկատմամբ ունեցել է 52.614.000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխառության պահանջի իրավունք.

3. ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանն իրեն պատկանող հյուրատունը վարձակալության է տրամադրել «Վարդենի» ՍՊ ընկերությանը, որին առանց մրցույթի մեկ միլիոն դրամից ավել գնով վճարվել է ֆինանսների նախարարության աշխատակիցների համար խաղ-վարժանքների կազմակերպման և անցկացման նպատակով: Ընդ որում, նշված ընկերությունը հիմնադրվել է 2019 թվականին հենց Վահե Հովհաննիսյանի կողմից, որը հետագայում փոխանցվել է իր ընկերոջը.

4. Երեք տարիների համար ներկայացված հայտարարագրում առկա են էական անհամապատասխանություններ: Մասնավորապես, 2023թ. հայտարարագրում նշել է, որ 2006թ. Տոյոտա մակնիշի տրանսպորտային միջոցը իբրև վաճառել է 25.000.000 ՀՀ դրամով:

Հ.Գ. Նախաձեռնող խմբի ներկայացուցիչ փաստաբան Արա Զոհրաբյանը նաև ՀՀ կառավարությանը հարցում է կատարել ճշտելու համար՝ արդյոք «Ջի-Կոդեր» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանի շահագրգռվածության վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները հայտնի եղե՞լ են ՀՀ կառավարության 09.11.2023թ. N 1942-Ա որոշման ընդունման ժամանակ, թե՝ ոչ:

ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի փաստաբանների ակումբում ձևավորված նախաձեռնող խումբ»։
