Глава Краснодарского края России Вениамин Кондратьев в ходе прямой линии объявил о полном запрете привлечения иностранной рабочей силы в строительной отрасли региона с 2025 года, сообщает «Коммерсантъ».

В настоящее время работодатели могут использовать на стройке труд иностранцев, если их количество не превышает 50% от общей численности работающих в компании.

Губернатор Кубани заявил, что разрешение привлекать мигрантов на стройки региона было принято в начале 2024 года после анализа рынка труда в качестве временной меры, «чтобы переход был плавным, а в будущем году вообще запретим»,- пояснил Кондратьев. По словам главы региона, строительная сфера является прибыльной, бизнес не должен ориентироваться на дешевую иностранную рабочую силу. Для работы в строительстве необходимо привлекать граждан России, прежде всего молодежь. «Вы их (выпускников вузов и колледжей.— «Ъ») позвали, вы им предложили достойную зарплату? Не ту, которую получают те, кто в вагончиках живет»,— обратился глава региона к предпринимателям.

В январе 2024 года губернатор Краснодарского края Вениамин Кондратьев подписал постановление «Об установлении на 2024 год запрета на привлечение хозяйствующими субъектами иностранцев, работающих на основании патентов». В перечне отраслей, попавших под запрет использования труда мигрантов: сельское хозяйство, промышленность, туризм, ИТ, ветеринария, образование и здравоохранение, торговля — всего 85 видов экономической деятельности. Постановление не затрагивает сферу строительства, в которой допустимая доля трудовых мигрантов по патентам не может превышать 50% численности сотрудников компании.
