Ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները կարող են կտրուկ վատթարանալ և վերադառնալ 2015-2016 թվականներին նկատված վիճակին։ Այս մասին «Ուժի գործոն» հաղորդաշարի եթերում NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը։

«Մենք չպետք է մոռանանք, որ ռազմավարական տեսանկյունից Թուրքիան Արևմուտքի մի մասն է և Միացյալ Նահանգների հավատարիմ դաշնակիցը։

Չնայած Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի կողմից վերջին տարիներին սերտ հարաբերություններ ձևավորելու քայլերին, դրանք փլուզվում են ամերիկյան ճնշման ներքո։ Վառ օրինակ է ուկրաինական պատերազմը, որտեղ թուրքական զենք է մատակարարվում, որով սպանում են ռուս զինվորներին։ Ռուսաստանը վերջերս դատապարտեց դա, թեև նախկինում լռում էր։

Բացի այդ, Թուրքիան փակել է Բոսֆորի և Դարդանելի նեղուցները, ինչը թույլ չի տալիս ռուսական ռազմանավերի մուտքը Սև ծով այն լքելիս։ Սա կարևոր է, քանի որ Ռուսաստանն ի վիճակի չէ այստեղ փոխհատուցել այլ ծովերից նավերի կողմից ուկրաինական հարձակումների հետևանքով կրած կորուստները։ Սա նշանակում է, որ Թուրքիան թուլացնում է Ռուսաստանի Սևծովյան նավատորմը։

Միաժամանակ խնդիրներ են առաջացել Թուրքիայում ատոմակայանների կառուցման եւ շահագործման հանձնման գործում։ Բացի այդ, Անկարան կրկին ԱՄՆ ճնշման տակ կտրուկ նվազեցրեց ռուսական գազի ներկրումը, ինչը դուր չի գալիս նաև Մոսկվային»,- նկատեց թուրքագետը։
