Նշենք, որ նախագծով առաջարկվում է մի շարք մասնագիտություններ շրջանառության հարկի ռեժիմից անցում կատարեն ԱԱՀ-ի ռեժիմ:

«Ճիշտ է ասում պարոն Թունյանը, խոսքը չի գնում 13 հազարի մասին, այս շղթան վերաբերում է 50 հազարից ավելիին, որի մի մասն ընդունվել է հունիսի 12-ին, մի մասը՝ հիմա և որ հանրային դժգոհությունը ցածր տեմպերով լինի, որ հիմա մեծահոգաբար ասում են՝ մենք հանում ենք, որ միայն հաշվապահների ու մի քանի այլ մասնագիտությունների մասով լինի, տեղափոխում են մի այլ շրջափուլում: Իրականում խոսքը գնում է հարկային համակարգն աղավաղելու մասին և փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսների հարկման առումով հերն անիծելու մասին»,- ասել է նա:

Նա նշել է, որ հանրային ու մասնագիտական քննարկումներ են տեղի ունենում:

«Այս ամբիոնից թե՛ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը, թե՛ Հակոբ Ավագյանը և թե բազմաթիվ գործընկերներ ներկայացնում էին կոնկրետ խնդիրներ, այդ խնդիրների լուծման փոխարեն իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարում են, որ բերեք սա ընդունենք 1-ից 2-րդ ընթերցման ժամանակ կիրացնենք:

Այս բեռը տեղափոխվում է ընդամենը որոշակի ժամանակ հետո: Սա չհիմնավորված բեռ ու գործողություն է, որը բերելու է Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ Փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսնի նկատմամբ նոր ճնշումների, նոր ավելի մեծ բացասական ազդեցության: Չկան տվյալներ, թե որքան աշխատատեղի է վնաս հասցնելու, որքան սուբյեկտներ են ստիպված լինելու լքել Հայաստանը, այս տեսակետից չկա գնահատական»,- ասել է նա:
