Հայաստանը միացել է «Ազատություն առցանց կոալիցիային»

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի՝ Հաագա այցի շրջանակներում դեկտեմբերի 3-ին հայտարարվել է «Ազատություն առցանց կոալիցիային» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միանալու մասին։ Հայտում են ԱԳՆ-ից:
Ստանալով կոալիցիայի բոլոր անդամ երկրների միաձայն աջակցությունը՝ Հայաստանը դարձել է կոալիցիայի 42-րդ անդամը։
Կոալիցիային անդամակցության համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի փոխանակումը տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի և Նիդերլանդների ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպման ժամանակ՝ հաշվի առնելով հարթակում Նիդերլանդների ընթացիկ նախագահությունը։
Այս կապակցությամբ նախարարները «X» հարթակում կատարել են գրառումներ։
Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն իր գրառման մեջ նշել է.
«Ուրախ եմ, որ Հայաստանը միացավ «Ազատություն առցանց կոալիցիային», որը հայտարարվեց Նիդերլանդների նախագահության ներքո Հաագայում արտգործնախարար Կասպար Վելդկամպի հետ իմ հանդիպումից հետո։ Սա ևս մեկ հանգրվան է, որն արտացոլում է Հայաստանի հաստատակամ նվիրվածությունը հիմնարար ազատությունների և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության վրա հիմնված մոտեցման առաջմղմանը՝ ներառյալ առցանց հարթակներում։»
Նիդերլանդների ԱԳ նախարար Կասպար Վելդկամպի գրառման մեջ մասնավորապես նշվում է. «Մենք ուրախ ենք, որ Հայաստանը մեր նախագահության ընթացքում միացավ «Ազատություն առցանց կոալիցիային»։ Սա արտացոլում է Հայաստանի ամուր հանձնառությունը՝ խթանելու և պաշտպանելու մարդու իրավունքներն առցանց տիրույթում: Ես ողջունում եմ Հայաստանի այս քայլը:»
Հայաստանի անդամակցության կապակցությամբ «Ազատություն առցանց կոալիցիայի» կողմից հրապարակված հաղորդագրության մեջ ընդգծվում է, որ վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանը ցուցաբերել է հանձնառություն՝ պաշտպանելու և խթանելու մարդու իրավունքները համացանցում, թե՛ ներպետական նախաձեռնություններով, թե՛ միջազգային տարբեր կազմակերպություններում ակտիվ մասնակցության և գործակցության միջոցով։ Առաջնորդվելով «Թվային փոխակերպման ռազմավարությամբ (2021-2025)»՝ Հայաստանն իրականացնում է մի շարք նախաձեռնություններ՝ միտված թափանցիկ և արդյունավետ թվային կառավարման զարգացմանը, թվային գրագիտության խթանմանը և քաղաքացիների համար նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաների հասանելիության ընդլայնմանը։ Միաժամանակ, «Ժողովրդավարության գագաթաժողովի» հանդիպումներին ՀՀ ակտիվ մասնակցությունն ընդգծում է համաշխարհային մակարդակում ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների ամրապնդման հարցում հանձնառությունը։ Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև վկայակոչվում է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Կոստանյանի ուղերձն առ այն, որ «ժողովրդավարությունը, օրենքի գերակայությունը և մարդու իրավունքները Հայաստանի և իր ժողովրդի համար բացարձակ արժեքներ են, և մեր օրերում, երբ մենք ականատես ենք լինում հիբրիդային սպառնալիքների և մարտահրավերների թվային տիրույթում, առանցքային նշանակություն ունի համախոհ գործընկերների ջանքերի միավորումը՝ միտված Մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանուր հռչակագրում ամրագրված մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների ապահովմանը։»
