«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը Գյումրիում ծանր վիճակում է հայտնվել: Նույնիսկ փրայմերիզ հայտարարելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնությունը որևէ կերպ չի փոխել իրավիճակը։ Վարչախումբը հասկանում է, որ ունեցած ռեսուրսներով և առկա թեկնածուներով պարզապես ջախջախվելու է։ ՔՊ-ում այս պահին մի քանի թեկնածուների անուններ են շրջանառվում, բայց նրանցից ոչ ոք ի վիճակի չէ հաղթանակ բերել սեփական կուսակցությանը։ Առաջադրվել են Գյումրիի նախկին փոխքաղաքապետ Վահագն Մկրտչյանը, իշխանական պատգամավորներ Դավիթ Առուշանյանն ու Կարեն Սարուխանյանը, ավագանու անդամ Շավարշ Արամյանն ու ՔՊ համակիր Արտյոմ Թումանյանը։ 

Փաշինյանն ու իր ընտանիքը ցանկանում են քաղաքապետ դարձնել Վահագն Մկրտչյանին, ով Աննա Հակոբյանի ազգականն է։ Փաշինյանին, սակայն, հարցման տվյալները խուճապի են մատնել։ Երեկ ՔՊ-ն վարչության նիստ է գումարել, քննել թեկնածուներին։ 

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ստուգատեսին մասնակցել է նաև ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Սարիկ Մինասյանը։ Չի բացառվում, որ հենց նրան առաջադրեն քաղաքապետի պաշտոնի համար։ Երեկվա նիստից հետո Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե վերջնական ցուցակը, որ ներկայացնելու են Գյումրիի կուսակցականների հաստատմանը, կլինի արդեն այսօր։ Իշխանությունները նաև փորձում են տեղերում այլ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ դաշինք կնքել, ավելի լայն ճակատով մասնակցելու համար։ Առայժմ որևէ մեկի հետ պայմանավորվածության չեն հանգել։
