Հալեպում հումանիտար ճգնաժամ է, իսկ ՀՀ հյուպատոսը «փախած է»

Տեղեկություններ կան, որ Հալեպն արդեն ամբողջությամբ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների վերահսկողության տակ է, թուրքամետ արմատական խմբավորումները գրեթե ամբողջությամբ գրավել են Հալեպը։ 

Եվ այս համատեքստում ՀՀ հյուպատոսությունը հեռացել է ամենամեծ հայկական համայնք ունեցող քաղաքից։ 

Այս հանգամանքը ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից պարզաբանեցին՝ նշելով, որ Հալեպում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսը, Սիրիայի ԱԳՆ-ից նոյեմբերի 26-ին լիազորագրերը ստանալու նպատակով մեկնելով Դամասկոս, հաջորդիվ չի կարողացել վերադառնալ Հալեպ և աշխատանքը շարունակում է Դամասկոսից։

Չնայած սրան, տեղում գտնվող մեր հայրենակիցները նշում են, որ հյուպատոսարանից և ոչ ոք չի մնացել, բոլորը փախել են, իրենց թողնելով անտերության մեջ։

ԱԺ հայ-սիրիական բարեկամական խմբի անդամ, պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանն աննախադեպ է որակում այս դեպքը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ առաջին պատերազմի ժամանակ մինչև վերջին վայրկյանը հյուպատոսն ու հյուպատոսարանի աշխատակիցները մնացել են հայերի կողքին ու աշխատել լուծելու համար նրանց խնդիրները։

«Իսկ հիմա աննախադեպ իրավիճակ է, հյուպատոսը թողել, փախել է»,-MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Մանուկյանը։

Հարցին, թե ի՞նչ է անում խորհրդարանական բարեկամական խումբը, Գեղամ Մանուկյանը պատասխանեց՝  հենց առաջին օրը ՀՀ ԱԺ Հայաստան-Սիրիա բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավար Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ՀՀ-ում Սիրիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Նորա Արիսյանի, Բերիո Հայոց թեմի առաջնորդարանի հանրային կապերի պատասխանատու Վրեժ Յագուպյանի և Սիրիայի խորհրդարանի հայազգի պատգամավոր Մարիա Գաբրելյանի հետ։

«Իմ և ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի կառույցի անունից զորակցություն եմ հայտնել բարեկամ Սիրիայի ժողովրդին և սիրիահայությանը, ովքեր այս ծանր օրերին դիմագրավում են ահաբեկչական ուժերի և կենտրոնների կողմից հրահրված հերթական ագրեսիան՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետությունը կհաղթահարի այս մարտահրավերը»,- նշել է Սաղաթելյանը։

Տեղեկացնենք, որ այս պահին քաղաքացիները կանգնած են հումանիտար աղետի առաջ, շուտով նաև սննդի հարց է բարձրանալու։ Մարդիկ էլ կան, որ ցանկանում են գալ Հայաստան, սակայն իրենց տեղափոխումն ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ է հյուպատոսարանի աջակցությունը, իսկ հյուպատոսը «փախած է»։
