«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանը մանդատը վայր չի դնի: Որոշման մասին հայտարարությունը Աղազարյանը կարդաց 24news-ին տված հարցազրույցում:

«Սիրելի՛ քաղաքացիներ, ինչպես գիտեք, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խնդրանքով դիմել է ինձ վայր դնել Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորի մանդատը բոլորիս հայտնի դեպքերի պատճառով։

Խոր ափսոսանքով եմ նշում, որ ստիպված եմ մերժել վարչապետի խնդրանքը, իմ կյանքի ծանրագույն որոշման համար, ի թիվս այլ հիմնավորումների, որոնք կարող են և սուբյեկտիվ լինել, հիմք են հանդիսացել հետևյալ երկու հանգամանքը.

Առաջին՝ Ազգային ժողովում լսումների ժամանակ պարոն Քյարամյանը հրապարակավ հայտարարեց, որ իրեն միջնորդել են որդուս մասնակցությամբ ընկերության նկատմամբ քրեական վարույթի գործով: Այդ միջադեպի առիթով նախաձեռնված է քրեական վարույթ:

Երկրորդ՝ Քրեական վարույթ է հարուցված նաև մանր և խոշոր եղջերավոր անասունների արտահանման հետ կապված ինչ-որ գործով, որտեղ ես ներգրավված եմ որպես վկա: Հետևաբար, եթե ես ընդունեի վարչապետի մեղադրանքը, խնդրանքը, ապա հետագայում, երբ այդ վարույթների ավարտման արդյունքում պարզվեր, որ ես մեղավոր չեմ, ապա հասարակության մեջ կարող է տպավորություն ստեղծվեր, որ ինձ ինչ-որ գործարք է առաջարկվել և ես գնացել եմ այդ գործարքին։ Իսկ եթե վարույթներից գոնե մեկի ավարտման արդյունքում ապացուցվի, որ ես մեղավոր եմ, բնականաբար, կզրկվեմ պատգամավորական մանդատից»,- հայտարարեց նա:
