«Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» ծրագրով՝ տարածաշրջանում կընդլայնվի թուրքական և ադրբեջանական ազդեցությունը

«Իսրայելալիբանանյան պատերազմի ժամանակ մեզ օգնության ձեռք մեկնեցին Սիրիայի հայերը։ Հյուպատոսսությունն ու հայկական հասարակական կազմակերպությունները փախստականների կարիքները հոգալու համար ահռելի մեծ աշխատանք իրականացրեցին։ Հիմնականում Հալեպի հայկական համայնքին ենք երախտապարտ, բայց հիմա, այս օրհասական պահին երբ նրանք ունեն մեր զորակցության կարիքը՝ ոչնչով օգնել չենք կարող։ Հալեպը ճգնաժամի մեջ է։ Հուսամ, Հալեպի օսմանյան նվաճումը չի կրկնվի»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քեսաբահայ Ավետիք Ժամկոչյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ տարածաշրջանում ազդեցություն ունեցող պետությունները գործում են համատեղ պլանավորված, նախապես մշակված սցենարով, որից մեծապես տուժում են փոքր ու թույլ պետությունները։
«Ինչո՞ւ Լիբանանի զինադադարի օրը սկսվեց սիրիական պատերազմը․նրանց ձեռնտու է, որ Մերձավոր Արևելքում երբեք խաղաղություն չլինի։ Հակամարտությունները չեն լուծվում, այլ հակառակը՝ դրանք երկարաձգվում են, նույնն է նաև Հարավային Կովկասի դեպքում։ Ռուսաստանը տարածաշրջանում թուլացնում է իր դիրքերը, ըստ այդմ հաղորդակցության առանցքային ուղիների վրա թուրքական և ադրբեջանական ազդեցությունը կընդլայնվի, եթե ստատուս քվոն չպահպանվի: Եթե ստատուս քվոն փոխվի, երկու առաջնային ուղի կարող է առաջանալ. առաջինը այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» ծրագրի իրականացումն է, որից առաջին հերթին կշահեն Անկարան և Բաքուն։ Նրանց ռազմավարական մենաշնորհ կտրամադրվի Եվրոպայի և Ասիայի միջև առանցքային ցամաքային ճանապարհի վրա»,- ասաց նա:
Անկարայի կարգավիճակը Կովկասում կբարձրանա, թույլ կտա վերահսկել Արևելք-Արևմուտք հաղորդակցությունները՝ շրջանցելով եւ՛ Ռուսաստանին, եւ՛ Իրանին: Սա խորը հետևանքներ կունենա տարածաշրջանային առևտրի և տրանսպորտի համար, վստահ է նա:
Ժամկոչյանի համոզմամբ՝ երկրորդ ճանապարհը ենթադրում է հաղորդակցությունների ապաարգելափակում՝ առանց արտատարածքային «միջանցքի» տրամաբանության: «Մինչ սա դեռ կավելացներ թուրքական ազդեցությունը, այն կհակակշռվեր Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի կողմից՝ ավելի շատ տարբերակներ տրամադրելով Արևմուտք-Արևելք կապը լծակելու ձգտողներին՝ առանց ենթարկվելու թուրքական և ադրբեջանական տիրապետությանը»,- ավելացրեց նա:
Ըստ մեր զրուցակցի՝ սիրական ճգնաժամը, Վրաստանում հասունացող ներքին իրադարձությունները, Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի «կեղծ խաղաղության» թեզը, մյուս կողմից՝ ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմն արդեն իսկ պարարտ հող են տարածաշրջանի ապակայունության համար։
