Դեկտեմբերի 2-ին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն աշխատանքային այցով կգտնվի Նիդերլանդների Թագավորությունում։ Փետրվարին Միջազգային քրեական դատարանին անդամակցությունից հետո առաջին անգամ նախարար Միրզոյանը Հաագայում կմասնակցի ՄՔԴ մասնակից պետությունների 23-րդ վեհաժողովի նիստին:

Հռմոի ստատուտի վավերացումը ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները կապում էին Ադրբեջանին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու իրենց որոշման հետ։ Ռուսաստանը, որի նախագահը քրեական հետապնդման է ենթարկվում ՄՔԴ կողմից, բազմիցս քննադատել էր Հայաստանին Հռոմի ստատուտին միանալու համար, ի պատասխան Երևանից հնչում էր, թե դա գործիք է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի դեմ վարույթ հարուցելու համար։ Շուրջ մեկ տարի անց փաշինյանական իշխանությունը ոչինչ չի ձեռնարկել այդ ուղղությամբ, որևէ հայց չի ներկայացրել։

Ավելին, տևական ժամանակ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը չեն բացառում, որ կարող են հրաժարվել միջպետական գանգատներից, եթե Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքեն։ ՀՀ իշխանությունների այս բոլոր հայտարարությունները սին են, ըստ ամենայնի, թելադրված Բաքվի կողմից, իսկ Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու միտք չունի, այլև նոր էսկալացիաների է պատրաստվում՝ լկտիանալով այն փաստից, որ Երևանում իր կամքը կատարող խմբակ է նստած։

Հայաստանը պետք է վարույթներ հարուցեր, աշխարհին ներկայացներ ադրբեջանական գազանությունները, ապացուցեր Իլհամ Ալիևի ռազմական հանցագործ լինելու փաստը։ Դա ոչ միայն իրավական, այլև քաղաքական լծակներ կտար Հայաստանին։
