Գյուրիում կշարունակվի Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով դատական նիստը

ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայում հունվարի 29-ին կշարունակվի Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով արտագնա դատական նիստը` նախագահությամբ Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավոր Հարություն Մովսիսյանի: Ընթացքի մեջ է դատական գործընթացի դատաքննական փուլը: Նախորդ՝ դեկտեմբերի 22-ին մեկնարկած դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց քանի որ սպանված Ավետիսյանների դուստրերը` Լուսինե Ավետիսյանը« Անահիտ Կոշտոյանը« և փեսան` Եգոր Ադամյանը, հոգեբանորեն պատրաստ չէին խոսելու։ Մինչ այդ, դեպքի մասին իրենց տեսածն ու լսածը ներկայացել են մահացած Հասմիկ Ավետիսյանի քույրը` Ռիտա Պետրոսյանը և Ավետիսյանների հարսի` Արաքսյա Ավետիսյանի հայրը` Անդրանիկ Պողոսյանը։ Դատական նիստը բավական զգացմունքային էր և պարբերաբար ընդմիջվում էր հարազատների ինքնազգացողության վատացման պատճառով։ Շտապօգնության աշխատակիցները չէին լքում դահլիճ ը։
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանց մահը վրա է հասել հրազենային նասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը« ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր ժշկական կենտրոն, այնուհետև` յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Վ. Պերմյակովի նկատմամբ հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր՝ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 5-րդ, 8-րդ կետերով, ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 175 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ, 4-րդ կետերով և ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 34-329-րÕ ¤ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
