Ներկայացվել է Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության Էկոպարեկային ծառայությունը

Ազգային ժողովի, Կառավարության, միջազգային և տեղական հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների, զբոսաշրջային ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների և լրագրողների մասնակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության Էկոպարեկային ծառայության ներկայացման միջոցառում։ հայտնում են Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարություն հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Միջոցառմանը բացման խոսքով հանդես է եկել նախարար Հակոբ Սիմիդյանը և անդրադարձել ծառայության գործարկման նախապատմությանը․
«2024 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից գործում է Էկոպարեկային ծառայության մասին նոր օրենքը և օրենսդրության գործարկումից հետո մենք ձեռնամուխ ենք եղել ծառայության կայացման գործընթացին։ Բավականին ծավալուն օրենսդրական աշխատանքից հետո արդեն հասել ենք ծառայության համալրման գործընթացին»։
Նախարարն անդրադարձել է բնության պահպանության գործառույթի կատարմանը տարբեր ժամանակներում և հիշեցրել, որ անտառային հողերում և բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքներում պահպանությունը իրականացվել է տարբեր մարմինների կողմից և ոչ 24-ժամյա գրաֆիկով, ինչը շատ դեպքերում արդյունավետ չի եղել, ինչն էլ հիմք է հանդիսացել միավորելու այդ մարմինները և գործառույթները։
«Հույս ունեմ` այս ծառայության շնորհիվ կկարողանանք կրճատել ապօրինությունների շղթան, որն ունենք մեր անտառների, կենդանական և բուսական աշխարհի հանդեպ»,-նշել է նախարարը։
Ելույթներով հանդես են եկել Էկոպարեկային ծառայության պետ Վլադիմիր Կիրակոսյանը և ծառայության գլխավոր քարտուղար Լուսինե Ալեքսանյանը։
Ներկայացվել են ծառայության կառուցվածքը, գործառույթները, հաստիքների համալրման ընթացակարգը և ծառայության վերաբերյալ այլ մանրամասներ։
Ելույթներին հաջորդել է հարցուպատասխան և միջոցառման մասնակիցները հնարավորություն են ունեցել պատասխանատուներին ուղղել իրենց հուզող հարցերը։
Ամփոփելով միջոցառումը նախարար Սիմիդյանը նշել է, որ ծառայության վերաբերյալ իրազեկման հանդիպումները լինելու են շարունակական և հորդորել քաղաքացիներին դիմել և մասնակցել հայտարարաված թափուր հաստիքների համալրման մրցույթներին։
