Այս ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր զարգացումները մեր դեպքում առավել ծանր բնույթ կարող է կրել ՀՀ իշխանության անհավասարակշիռ արտաքին քաղաքականության պայմաններում։

«Սիրիայում ահաբեկիչների իրականացրած հարձակումը Պաղեստինի և Լիբանանի դեմ իրակացված գործողությունների շղթայի մաս է, որտեղ հիմնական դերակատարների ակտիվությունը, դերաբաշխումն ու մասնակցության ձևերը փոխվում է, սակայն ընդհանուր նպատակները վաղուց ուրվագծված են: Հաջորդ թիրախը կարող է դառնալ Իրաքը:
Մերձավոր Արևելքը տարբեր փուլերում միջազգային դերակատարների բախման թատերաբեմ է, իսկ այս դեպքում կոնկրետ շահագրգռվածություն են դրսևորում ռեգիոնալ պետությունները, առաջին հերթին` Թուրքիան:
Սիրիայի, Լիբանանի դեպքում Հայաստանի շահագրգռվածությունը ոչ միայն ռեգիոնալ անվտանգության համատեքստում է, այլ նաև այդ երկրներում հայկական համայնքների գոյությամբ և ակտիվությամբ:
Տեղի ունեցողն աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոնների ազդեցության պայքարից բացի, Իրանի դեմ իրականացվող արշավ է և որպես հետևանք կարող է բերել նրան, որ մի փուլում, ուղիղ առճակատում լինի Իրանի հետ:
Այս ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր զարգացումներն ուղղակի և անուղղակի ազդեցություն են ունենալու նաև Հարավային Կովկասի վրա, իսկ մեր դեպքում այն առավել ծանր բնույթ կարող է կրել ՀՀ իշխանության անհավասարակշիռ արտաքին քաղաքականության և կառավարման համակարգի անարդյունավետության պայմաններում»:
