Արդարադատության նախարարությունում ճամպրուկային տրամադրություններ են, նորանշանակ նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանն արագ ազատվում է նախկին նախարարի բոլոր կադրերից։ Մեկ շաբաթ առաջ պաշտոնից ազատվեց փոխնախարար Արմենուհի Կարապետյանը, երեկ էլ դիմում է ներկայացրել Կարեն Կարապետյանը, որն այդ պաշտոնում նշանակվել էր 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ին։ Վերջինիս համար պաշտոնանկությունն անակնկալ է եղել, կանչել և պարտադրել են դիմում գրել։ Գալյանն արդեն իր մերձավորներից մեկին փոխնախարարի պաշտոնի է նշանակել, առաջիկայում էլ մտադիր է փոփոխություններ իրականացնել ոչ միայն իր տեղակալների, այլև վարչության պետերի մակարդակով։ Արդարադատության նախարարությունն այդ իմաստով վատ համբավ ունի, ցանկացած նորեկ նախարար բերում է իր կադրերին, հեռացնում նախորդից մնացած ժառանգությունը։

Գրեթե նույնական վիճակ է նաև Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունում։ Փոխնախարար Դավիթ Համբարյանից ազատվելով՝ Արփինե Սարգսյանը մտադիր է նախարարությունն իր հագով ձևել։ Սարգսյանը չի ցանկանում աշխատել նաև փրկարար ծառայության պետ-տեղակալի, ոստիկանապետ-ՆԳ փոխնախարարի հետ։ Բայց այդ պաշտոններում նշանակումները պետք է համաձայնեցվեն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։ Ընդ որում, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ՆԳ նախարար նշանակելու համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոստացել է գործողությունների ավելի մեծ ազատություն տալ նոր նախարարին։
