Մարտի 1-ի գործով դատախազը երեկ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին ու մյուսներին նոր մեղադրանք առաջադրելու միջնորդություն ներկայացրեց՝ պաշտոնյայի կողմից իշխանական կամ ծառայողական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու կամ անցնելու հոդվածով։
Միամիտ մարդկանց կարող է թվալ, թե Մարտի 1-ի գործը բացահայտելու հեռանկար է բացվում, իրականում գործ ունենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անզուսպ, գռեհիկ PR-ի հետ:
Մարտի 1-ի բացահայտման գործը Փաշինյանը կարող էր գլուխ բերել հեղափոխությունից անմիջապես հետո: Սակայն նա գործը բացահայտելու փոխարեն՝ գնաց դրա միջոցով Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ընդդիմադիր հայտը լեգիտիմացնելու ճանապարհով:
Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ հասարակության ֆոբիաները շահագործելով՝ Փաշինյանը 2021-ին վերարտադրեց իր իշխանությունը:
Այստեղ հարկ է արձանագրել, որ Մարտի 1-ի առաջին գործով Քոչարյանն ու մյուսներն արդարացվել են ոչ թե առաջին ատյանի դատարանի, այլ Փաշինյանի կողմից «ծյունինգ» արված ՍԴ կողմից:
Մարտի 1-ի գործը Փաշինյանին պետք եղավ հիմա, դարձյալ՝ ներքաղաքական նպատակներով:
Դարձյալ մոտենում են ընտրությունները և Փաշինյանը մտադիր է խաղարկել Քոչարյանի գործոնը:
Այս կեղծ դատավարությունը հենց դրա համար է պետք Փաշինյանին, որովհետև առաջադրված նոր մեղադրանքն ընկնում է վաղեմության ժամկետի տակ:
